I tried the inline skates but due to…
I tried the inline skates but due to health reasons I couldn't use them. I returned them with very minimal wear but was only refunded $50.00. Most companies have a more reasonable and customer friendly policy. Needless to say I was very disappointed and will not recommend this company's products.

The laces were too wide. The picture looked small. No description of width size. How do I return these unwanted laces?

Difficult return process, questionable partial refund
The skates I ordered didn’t fit after I tried them on once, so I had to send them back. The process to return was fairly difficult because you have to mail them to Denmark and there are additional steps to do so (extra customs forms) but I appreciated the reduced shipping of $19 once I found it sold on the site. I was also disappointed when they would not give me my full refund bc of a small mark on one of the tires I’m not convinced I created, because I only tried the skates on and could not ride them because of the fit. Overall I will be very careful before ordering from here again because of the difficult process to return, the additional return shipping costs, and the questionable defect resulting in only a partial refund.

The customer service was really good. I did advise on a slight price difference and was adjusted quickly. The skate was well assembled and was happy with the purchase. Good job and will be coming back for more purchases in the future.
