This is an overseas company and if you want to return an item its impossible. In my case the skates we ordered were too small for my son and since he had tried them inside the house we were told he could not return them,that we could sell them on ebay.smh.

We are indeed a Danish company, this is not something we try to keep a secret. You have 365 days after purchase to return an order, as long as it reaches us in the same condition as it was received.
So trying them on inside the house should not be an issue, as long as there is no further damage.
Unfortunately I haven't been able to find any communication regarding this with the provided email address or phone number, but I've sent you an email to have a closer look.

The skate broke on the first use
The skate broke on the first use. They tried to repair, but used a different color strap and it still didn't work right. They still haven't fixed it but they won't do a refund.

Happy with Purchase
Our order arrived when expected and the products look to be good quality. My daughter likes the skates and says they fit comfortably. Due to the recent heat, we haven't had a chance to use them much, but she's got a few miles under her belt. They seem to be better quality than the inline skates we got at a big box store.
