Great scooter, my nephew loved everything about it!

I am a beginner so my frame of reference is small but they feel great and the ride has been amazing so far. They were easy to use and comfortable. No rails or ramps yet but I have been jumping and banging and they have held up great so far. Enjoy the ride.

I like the skates and they look nice, but they are tight even after ordering 2 sizes bigger, which is odd to begin with. Fix your sizing. Perhaps they will break in and get looser, but the right one was also not keeping my foot at the bottom.

I was in the market for some new inline skates of the roller hockey type. I settled on a pair of CCM Tacks and after much searching came across Skatepro. First, the skates were cheaper than anywhere in the U.S. that I could get them from, so I did some research on the company and read alot of reviews. I found out this company is in Denmark if I remember correctly, and the reviews were mixed. Most negative comments had to do with shipping and customer service. Not being in a great hurry for the skates I placed my order. The next day I decided I need to change the size of the skates I ordered so I sent an email with my request. It was immediately answered and my order was updated. Now all I had to do is wait. Im in the midwest in the U.S. and I receievd my order in a little over a week. Emails with tracking numbers were sent to me so I could see the progress of shipping. I am very satisfied with Skatepro's Shipping and customer service. I just could'nt believe I could get these skates from overseas in less than 2 weeks and cheaper than anywhere in the U.S. all in all the experience was great and I would not hesitate to order from Skatepro again. 5 stars for sure.

Having my items shipped to the US I expected it take a long time but saw my order in person within 1-2ish weeks. Great job!

The trucks are plastic and have loosed up on me 3 times that I had to go to urgent care and my wrist is not the same. Needs to be stainless steel.

The stuff I ordered came quickly (knee/elbow pads and wrist guards) and I've already fallen a couple of times and have been completely protected. No scrapes, the pads are comfortable and soft on the inside where it comes in contact with my skin. I'd recommend to anyone!

There was a tiny part missing from the bindings I ordered and they helped me out with no problems. Kudos!

Ordered a pair of inline skates to begin learning to skate. I did my research on the pair I wanted and couldn't find another site offering them at a better price than SkatePro, so I went with them. I also ordered a helmet for my girlfriend, who also skates. She loves the helmet and the color of it. I'm very satisfied with the skates I ordered, as well.
My only complaint is that I paid an extra $20 for expedited shipping but still received the package about a week later. Their site literally claims a 1-2 business days delivery date for UPS expedited shipping and 3-4 days for regular UPS Ground. This was very disappointing. It wasn't until several days after purchasing that I went back to their site and had to navigate for a bit in order to discover their warehouse is actually in Europe. This was not noted once during the purchasing process. So, if you're in the States, expect longer delivery dates than what they promise on their site, and if you need something in a hurry, I'd recommend trying another seller.

Great value and hard to find parts were in stock. I LOVE their titanium parts!!!! Will buy again, box came in beat up but it was so well packaged it did not hurt a thing. Thank you SCATEPRO!!!!

Good products, shipping is reasonably fast -- however returns are a little expensive, and very slow (about 4 weeks for a refund). But customer service is great.

The first pair of skates I ordered were too small. SkatePro made it easy to return and I was able to order a larger skate that fit better. The skates came promptly within a week and worked great. No issues so far
