I bought some wing foil equipment. I am not in the habit of leaving feedback, but I have been so thrilled with the all purchase experience that I thought that I would give something back. 1. The prices are very competitive. I have surfed the net looking for the best deal and I found them here. 2. I live in the Açores and despite being on an Island and being a large package (which included a board 1 m 50 in length) the delivery cost was extremely low. 3. Again, being on an Island and buying a lot of goods online fom the continent, I have often to wait 3-4 weeks for them to be delivered. Here it tooks less than a week. I was so surprised when it arrived so quickly. 4. The phone and email communication with the staff (in particuar Diogo and Sara) was verry useful and pleasant. Conclusion, I will without hesitation buy from them again. Genuinely a big thank to skatePro.

I returned a pair of "cycling gloves" after putting on the second time and discovering that one glove had a manufacturing defect. I returned the gloves and submitted a photo of the glove in question. The company rejected my claim due to "wear and tear." My question: How can the defect be due to wear and tear after only wearing once. If that is the case, that tells you something about the quality of $48.00 gloves. In all the years of purchasing merchandise online, I have never had a retailer require that I submit photos to prove my claim. It's obvious that the company and their ongoing policy is to generally deny most claims.

Köpte ett par skidor, skrev direkt till kundtjänst att inte montera bindningarna eftersom jag ville återkomma med rätt mått. De pausade ordern och var supertrevliga. Jag återkommer med måtten och allt är frid och fröjd tills leverans. De har då monterat bindningarna enl. helt fel mått (305 mm) försöker skylla på mig för att jag angett strl. 30,5 (349mm). De går tillslut med på att bekosta en ommontering som jag får ordna med. Har ingen bil så fick spendera två lediga dagar på bussen för att lämna av och hämta upp skidorna hos en kompetent verkstad. Sen vägrar de att betala för bussresan eller kompensera för att det nu är helt onödiga hål i mina nya skidor för 8500kr. Sammanfattningsvis väldigt trevliga fram tills det blir något problem, gör dig själv en tjänst och handla utrustning någon annanstans.

I have to say that I was somewhat skeptical when I placed my order for two sets of Head skis; they were a great price and the name of this company didn't really fill me with confidence. However, there was excellent communication from the company, and they checked how we wanted to skis set up. The skis arrived quickly and were set as I had asked. Delighted.

Extremely pleased with my experience with SkatePro. I ordered a pair of Powerslide inline skates from them since most places were sold out during these times due to the Covid pandemic. I also ordered a REKD brand helmet since they don't seem to be available for sale in the U.S. I placed order on May 15th and once my payment was processed I received a notification of when my package would ship and a tracking number for UPS.

I didn't realize SkatePro was based out of Europe, not that it would have been a contributing factor in my decision to purchase from them. I think it took a little over a month for the package to arrive but everything I ordered arrived in excellent condition.

I’ll keep them in mind when I eventually plan to upgrade inline skates as my skills hopefully progress. I would recommend SkatePro to others who are looking to purchase inline skates if their local retailer is sold out and they don’t mind waiting for their skates to come from Europe. I’d just suggest double checking their sizing when placing an order to save on improper fit and some patience when waiting for their items to arrive.

I love my skates. They came faster than I thought! Thank you for changing my size so quickly. Can't wait until this pandemic is over to try them out!
