Have always loved Skins compression…
Have always loved Skins compression gear. Ordered a new set on 10th Dec, but nothing to be seen by Christmas. Orders seemingly on a go slow. Wife concerned that she has been scammed as gift voucher also not delivered. Mmmm . . what's happened?
Edit - it really is worth talking to Skins if you have any issues. They eventually sorted out order. Not exactly what we initially wanted, but they made it right with some not insignificant gratis garments.

I purchased 6 pants all XS and they all fit different despite being 2 different styles. I have purchased products from them for 8 years now and they used to fit amazingly. Now they ride down and some are too tight around the waste and some loose even the same style but different colours. I emailed them and ask to return the two I hadn't worn around the 15 days after receiving them. They said no problem but wouldn't send me the address to send it back to. I kept emailing them and all of a sudden my emails were getting sent back to me stating failure to send and wrong email address!I did some digging and learned the company went bankrupt and got sold to a new chines owner in 2019! This explains it all to me. Corrupt to the core! Boycott Skins!
Bad fit and expensive returns
Bought a £15 tshirt. Turned up and it was a really bad fit (way too short). Had to spend nearly £5 on postage to return the item. They didn't refund the original delivery fee until I pointed out the law says they have to. Honestly I wouldn't with this company again.

Not one to order something with an expectation to return it, I was rather surprised with the return policy.

Customer services team (although I use the word team very loosely) only contactable by email which they reassuring advise "A member of the team will be in touch within 48 hours". means that I may as well be playing chess by post.
Putting this to one side for a moment, my return of £170 (original order £340) posted 24.07.23 some 17days ago has yet to have been inputted into the system.
Quite like the product but would not ever use the company again - life's too short.
Snug but great product!
Have the Calf Sleeves and recovery Tights. Both are tight when putting them on but the support they provide is better than any other compression gear that I have.
I wear the sleeves during pickleball and my legs aren't nearly as tired afterwards. I wear the recovery tights after a workout.
One downside is how tight they are putting on but I guess that's why they work.
Love these tights!!
I have worn these a few times now and I absolutely love these tights! They are a snug fit but the compression is fantastic and I have recovered much quicker following runs/exercise. My muscles overall feel less tired and I’ve worn them on recovery days with no exercise, which also helps to speed recovery. Very light feel as well. Definitely recommend!
Easy ordering process
Easy ordering process. Arrived on time. The fit could not be better! As an athlete, I appreciate their added compression because it is better than the expensive brands I own! Would absolutely recommend! Definitely use the size guides, though, the product runs tight since it is compression gear.
My favorite sports bra!
I wanted to order a sports bra but I had some questions. Customer service was excellent, and the shipping was fast! It is a very comfortable sports bra. Perfect for low impact activities such as yoga and pilates, but probably not idea for high impact sports like running. It’s supportive, not too tight, and shapely. I am a 34DD and the Large fit perfectly. I will definitely be ordering in more colors!
Skeptic turned fan!
I was sent a pair of the black compression tights, and I have to say I was skeptical when told about Skins. But! I’m a cosmetologist, that strictly cuts hair, and the struggle of ruining leggings with hair weaving through is real. These leggings are the best!!! They are flattering to wear, and they repel hair!!!!! I’m sold, and will only wear these leggings from now on!
Exceptional Customer Service Experience
I’ve been a SKINS customer for several years. So it had become more than frustrating to see SKINS in colors and sizes I liked overseas, but completely unavailable here.
I reached out to customer service in the UK and immediately got a hopeful email from Sue Turner. No promises, but Sue said she’d see what her team could do. Within a few days I was able to place a large order. Shipping was prompt. The new gear arrived and the clothing is fantastic!
Sue Turner went “above and beyond” to help me out. She’s a real asset to the company. And with this review, my personal thank you to her.

I have been buying SKINS compression equipment since 2014. Excellent product for elite athletes.
December issues resolved; love this company!
In December Skins had shipping issues. My order was lost in the process. I reached out by email and was answered by true professionals! Even though my order was refunded Skins sent the order to me anyway.
Skins has completely regained my trust! The gear they produce is top notch! Comfortable, supportive, and look amazing!

a staff member called Sue Turner. I had an issue that dragged from before Xmas and was on the verge of escalating to ombudsman through my son who is a solicitor. Then Came Sue within a couple of days issue was solved with compassion, people skill, care, efficiency, dedication and commitment view our communication through the emails we exchanged my anger and frustrations did not sway Sue one way or another this is rare in this day and age I strongly beliieve Sue is a credit to the company I for one would not be still dealing with you and I belong to a fitnes club/community.

I returned an item over one month ago, had no refund or any sort of acknowledgement of the return. Have contacted customer service 3 times - no response…Am starting to feel like I will never get my money back.

Customer Service?
Placed an order on Dec.9th. Received a box on the 24th with three of the four items. No packing slip. I have written multiple messages online to their customer service, no reply. I have written them emails, no reply. I have called a number from a previous packing slip that had a customer service phone number located in OR: Centripetal Sports Inc.(SKINS) no one answers.
I just want my Skyscaper Series 5 tights that I ordered and paid for. I have been a customer for over 10 years, didn’t expect this! Order # 92196 Someone, PLEASE contact me!

After I ordered
After I ordered, there is no tracking email sent. FedEx delivered the box and left behind a bush and I finally located it after 1 month! Moreover, 1 of 2 items is missing from the shipment. I contacted their customer service on their website form, but NEVER got replied. I will never ever buy anything from the brand again!

Order Never Fulfilled, Get Your Compression Elsewhere!
Skins must be a failing company on its last legs. They have been running sales throughout the holidays and have failed to fulfill my order within a month. Although the item quality is good (known from previous orders), customer service has been unresponsive after 4 attempts to contact them.
Ended up never getting the item. There's enough high quality compression garments in the world that there is no reason to bother with Skins.

Horrible return process and cusromer service. Till now, no refund received
I ordered in the sales with 50%. As I was not sure of some sizes, I ordered multiple.
Now, I am very happy with the ones that fit, love the product.
But, I am extremely unhappy with the customer service. After I received 2 RMA numbers, as instructed via the website, I returned the articles that did not fit. Since then, absolute silence.
My track and trace show that products were received December 9th.
After several emails to customer service, I have till date, received no response at all on my returns. Nor have I received the refund.
There is no phone number to get in direct contact or what so ever.
For such a brand, with great marketing, the worst user experience trying to get a hold of customer service.
I gave you some time due to the festive season, but this is really unacceptable.
I will contact my lawyer and file a complaint to get this moving.
Satisfied product user, extremely unsatisfied with the organisation itself.
Please contact me to get this resolved
