After ordering four pairs of tights under the buy one get one offer I found that I had ordered the wrong size and that the full length tights were too long for me. I returned the items and requested to exchange the 7/8 tights for a larger size and for a refund on the longer tights. After a miscommunication when contacting the customer services team, which quite upset me, I asked to be put in touch with a manager to make a complaint. The manager who contacted me completely resolved the situation and even offered to send me free socks! I am very impressed and will be purchasing Skins again. Might I also add that the 7/8 tights in the correct size are fabulous.

My wife uses the previous line of SKINS. Those products greatly help her.

But the purchased one supersedes!

Never received my order. Now have to wait a month for a refund. Tracking number says nothing so its all been appalling sorry.

Goods came fast. Sizing was correct. Totally meets expectations. Will order again.

I always pondered about a good compression and thanks to a Strava challenge I took the plunge with Skins and now thinking of ordering another one, really happy with it :)

I purchased some compression tights which were too small. I returned them the next day via special delivery. 3 weeks later and I’m still waiting for my refund of £100. Very disappointed with the customer service received so far. I would not recommend this company.

I got the series 5 long tights and they're amazing! They really help my recovery, they're super comfortable and fit very well. Will definitely buy more of their products.

BAD RETURN POLICY

I tried mine on inside, they fitted perfectly so I cut the tags off. When I went outside I noticed that they are transparent in the light. I believe the material is faulty and I received a cheap pair.

They don't accept returns once the tag is cut off (which is easily reattach-able with a piece of plastic). Customer service said they cannot accept the return because they cannot be sold onto another customer since they have been worn. They obviously only care about selling as many products to as many people as possible regardless of quality.

They won't even receive my pair to access whether it is a faulty pair or not. They simply argued with me, when they haven't even seen it.

Waste of money and poor customer service. Would not purchase again.
