PLEASE DON'T BUY
I purchased the series 5 - the supposedly 'elite' and most expensive model. I wore after a run for recovery and already seams all over the tights are fraying. Additionally they have a bad fit and slip down if you bend down at all.

The information is very clear in our website, orders are dispatched from the UK to the EU: “In the current climate, delivery can take up to 14 days to reach certain destinations”. Since the time of delivery is out of our hands due the customs and check at borders.
But we‘re obviously trying to improve on this, and from September shipments will happen from a Netherlands’ warehouse, so we can cut the time of deliveries.

Hi Richard.
The information was clear at several points across the website and throughout the checkout process to highlight that each EU customer would have to pay local import duties and taxes due to Brexit. Unfortunately as a business we have no control over this and over the amount charged by each country.
We have been working hard in the background and as of 16th July 2021 orders are dispatched from the UK DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means we will cover all local VAT charges and customers will no longer be charged when receiving their order excluding Norway & Switzerland.

Amazing to wear but can easily get damaged by friction from wearing certain types of shorts over them if not careful. Would be nice to see more colour and pattern variation although the current selection is already great. Compared to other compression garments I've worn, these are way above the rest in comfort and support as well as style.

At such a price (Power Shorts) and I hugely dis-satisfied, will not be buying further Skins products as intended nor recommending Skins to anyone. Extremely poor Value for Money

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with our products.
Unfortunately, the margin for error when constructing our garments is very slim. If the machinist is slightly off on the seam allowance, the seam will be compromised. It is rare but as a human is involved in the process, it can occasionally happen.
Please could you send me an image of the faulty item, @ customerservice@skinscompression.com and they will advise on the next steps.

Really helped the legs recover after an ultra marathon. Shorts a little flimsy so I look a little - yoga instructor-. The socks were a revelation.

I would give worse than 1 star.
Item was purchased from Skins' EU website but yet I had to pay import charges that amounted to 50% of the cost of the item. Skins pointed to a tick box that I selected to state that I acknowledge that I was responsible for any import charges however it was not stated that the item was being shipped from the UK and that, even though items were purchased from an EU website, the buyer is responsible as if purchasing from a UK/non-EU website. I brought this to the attention of customer services but was told that it wasn't SKINS fault.
In summary, Skins "EU" website, is a UK website.

From September 2021 all EU orders will be dispatched from our new Netherlands warehouse, this will remedy the issue you have experienced. Until this time, all EU orders will continue to be despatched from our UK warehouse. It is not our aim to mislead customers and we have offered this information on a banner at the top of each page. As you mention, there is also a tick box at checkout for you to confirm that you are aware that local tax charges may be applicable on receipt (if an item was despatched from within the EU, there would be no taxes to pay and therefore, no need for the tick box). We have also offered this information in our T&C's as well as in the delivery information - our aim is to be as transparent as possible, not to mislead. Regrettably, the level of tax levied at the point of receipt seems to fluctuate across each EU country and even within the same country, there is no consistency which makes it difficult to advise how much each customer will be charged. Again, I am deeply sorry that you have had a bad experience of SKINS on this occasion.
