SkinShop.ie Reviews

I just moved to Dublin and came across this website by chance. They stock an incredible range of products and to say the delivery was great is an understatement. The product was delivered almost withing 24 hours! Amazing! Just hope the product itself is as good 😊 ! I will definitely be using them as my go to in the future!

Always delivered promptly and in perfect condition! Love this site and their products.

Have ordered in the past with no issues but a recent order I was charged an extra €49 for no reason. Happy with products but unhappy with this extra charge for an additional order I did not make? Tried to contact company via email but no response.

Excellent Customer service - dealt with a query professionally and efficiently.

Shipping was quick but they didn’t include the one free sample they asked me to choose from a long list before checkout. I wouldn’t mind if there’s no freebie but asking the customer to choose one and even including it in the receipt?? Naaahh.

Bought numerous skin products. None of the product ingredients list matches the ingredients list on the official skin care distributor for each products. One product I would say oh maybe the company changed the formulation but not three different products.

I absolutely love Skinshop.ie. It's my go to for all of my skincare. They have an amazing range of products at really good prices and are constantly adding new items keeping up with what's trending. Delivery is always quick aswell so you've never long to wait for all your goodies! Excellent service

The best customer service I've ever dealt with.

I had a small issue with my purchase upon arrival. My email was replied to within minutes and a solution provided. A replacement was sent out that day and was with me the following day. Such brilliant service. Would definitely recommend and will be shopping on SkinShop.ie again myself in future.

Amazing variety of skincare products and delivery is extremely fast A++

Pricing competitive, easy ordering delivery within days. Nice to get a free sample.

Great variety of products and good prices. Delivery was very prompt.

It was easy to order and got a quick delivery. The range of products is wide and the price is reasonable. I love the products I ordered and I'm using them every day. I will recommend the skin shop.

Prompt service. Was kept updated re delivery. Very happy with products.

Purchased this product from The Skin Shop recently. I love the cream, and apply it at night 15 minutes before then applying the Collagen Night Wrapping Mask, which I leave on overnight. My skin is literally glowing when I remove it in the morning. I highly recommend these 2 products.

Great service from Skinshop.ie.

One of the products was out of stock and I got a notification when it was back in stock. Very fast and efficient delivery.

I did not receive mystery glow treats worth €25 as promised if placing an order worth over€ €50

Very efficient... product received very quickly
