Their website is clear and easy to navigate and their customer service is prompt, friendly and incredibly helpful.

Skirting Online provide different mouldings to the typical, everyday ones found in majority of homes. My thinking is, have some personalisation to your home by using the wide range of products that this company provide. Choosing to use these products can change a home from being bog standard to being one of panache and high end quality.

This company are the most helpful and friendly from the start with first enquiry by phone with a lady called Rachel,keeping us informed with progress of our order to collection from their premises. A gentleman was so kind help us load our order on to our vehicle roof rack,you do not get this kind of service very often anywhere to say the least.
The product which was skirting board and architrave the quality was outstanding and the price was very good.
we would recommend this company and products to anyone, and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Great product, excellent service. Arrived on time and lead times far better than competitors. Would definitely use again.

Paid for expensive 2 day delivery. 3 days later I'm told after phoning up that deliveries to scotland take 3 days and that this is stated in the small print - which no one reads. People have deadlines to meet, at least email them after placing an order to let them know so they can adjust plans. And if you reply saying people shouldn't plan work until after the goods are recieved you're really saying you can't meet your advertised delivery speeds and shows ignorance of how the industry operates. You need to get better at communicating delivery times, especially when there may be delays.

I was searching round for victorian style high skirting boards. Some places had really poor reviews and some you would message and they didnt even get back to you. I came across this company online and called them for a quote for almost the whole house. The price was very cheap in comparison to other companies. I placed the order, paid and the skirting boards were delivered less than a week later by a very nice young man who was extremely polite and helpful. We have put the skirting boards up in a couple of rooms so far and they look amazing. Very happy with my purchase and if i needed to purchase again or recommend, then it would be this company. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Cannot recommend this company enough. We accidentally ordered the wrong skirting (our fault), Rachel went above and beyond to help get us the right skirting out as soon as possible. If we ever need more skirting in the future will definitely be coming back!

Outstanding service from start to finish. At a time when so many companies were hiking up prices, delaying deliveries and using every excuse under the sun, Skirting Online have been nothing short of exceptional. From Rachel who sorted our order to the delivery dude who carried everything in single-handedly without referring once to the "curbside delivery" policy.
