Skirting Online Reviews 

I ordered some MDF skirting from Skirting Online. Before it came I got an email confirming when it was coming which was very helpful. Unfortunately, when it did come the courier - which was not part of Skirting Online - left it out on the front of the house and did not knock on the door. It was damaged in the rain. I called Skirtings Direct and they were ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT in terms of customer service. They sorted out the issue straight away, in a professional and amicable way. The skirting (before the damage) was well wrapped and excellent quality. The damage was not their fault and down to the courier. I would absolutely wholeheartedly recommend their products and services and when I need skirting again this is very much now a trusted source of skirting boards! Joe in their customer service was brilliant, he was able to sort out the order in no time. This company gets a unapologetic 5 star rating from me! (And yes I am a real reviewer but they were so great I had to give them this plug). Had some appalling experiences with other traders recently, so when you come across a good one, you just have to say so!

I have used Skirting Online a few times now, and really pleased to have found them. The customer service has been excellent, delivery prompt and most importantly when they said it would be. It was very well packed and handled with care. The quality of the skirting and window board has been great, no warping - the primed option is definitely worth it. The profile IV skirting was exactly the same profile on each piece, it cut well and made for excellent joints. I would highly recommend this company, much better quality product and price than what I could get locally.

I ordered 5 x varying lengths of 'Grooved' skirting, the order process was simple enough. A couple of days later I had a phonemail from Joe at Skirting online checking the size of the rebate I'd ordered before production. In this day & age of faceless online transactions I thought this was a nice touch, actually checking through the product ahead of shipping.
The delivery guy was helpful and courteous and the product couldn't be faulted. As for my carpentry skills, that's another matter!
On the whole really pleased, an easy 5 stars and would definitely recommend.

The products were great and after sales service is second to none. Rachel Hillier in particular provides a fantastic service and nothing is too much bother for her. I made a mistake in my order that she spotted immediately and suggested the correct sizes. I then went on to order the incorrect amount and everything was sorted for me without any hesitation.

I cannot praise enough the wonderful service that the team provides and I look forward to ordering again from them again in the very near future.

This is the 3rd order for a different range of wall decoration, skirting, dado and picture rail and once again I am delighted with their products accurate, clean edges and no warping and always pleased with the primed finish. Deliveries are quick and products well protected. The Customer Service is superb and any issues ask for Rachel. Takes the hassle out of DIY.

Ordered Monday midday, paid for standard delivery - arrived same week Wednesday 8.30am! Even in global pandemic they met (and surpassed) their promise - fantastic.

The architrave is great - very well primed. Packaged well to manage bumps of courier, much better than others I have used before.

Website is a little clunky but don't let that put you off. Great product and excellent delivery

Fantastic service. I had one issue with an incorrect dado rail which was quickly sorted and politely. Will be using for future projects.

The order and delivery process was quick and there was no need to chase them. Happy with the finished product: we ordered primed mdf skirting boards and they do not need to be painted so good is the priming. Highly recommended.
