Great service and delivered on time, keeping us informed. Quality is excellent, would use again and recommend.

Very good service and delivery process. Quality of the skirting boards was excellent and delivered without any damage. Lots of choices and I have no hesitation using again.

Good quality product, excellent price.
Really smooth online transaction and quick delivery!

Having a wide selection of products made it easier to match the existing skirting boards.
The ordering and payment process was very easy and kept me up to date regarding the delivery and the quality was excellent!

Crown Property Service

This was my second purchase from SKR US, i have built a new build dwelling and wanted some classy looking skirting and architrave, i made a big order and crossed my fingers, Well i didn't need to, the order came as promised, ontime and the quality was brilliant, so pleased, all my oder was wrapped and packaged so there was no damage, fast forward 18 months and i needed to order a few more lengths, Same quality service as before, a slight delay because of the Bank Holiday weekend but i was kept informed what was happening with my delivery, i can't recommend this company enough, thank you.

Good quality and fast delivery, highly recommend

Excellent service and quality. Kept me well informed all through the process. Delivery was excellent and also kept me well informed with delivery date and time. Quality of the skirting boards was excellent and delivered without any damage. Good quality at a great price. Definitely would use again.

Good quality boards and a great variety. Simple ordering process and delivery good also. Would recommend

Good service and product. Would have given a 5 but disappointed to have to pay shipping when you spend so much

The second time I’ve used Skirtings R Us.
Good quality skirtings and architraves and very helpful time delivery information sent by the driver.
Good communication and helpful staff who arranged my delivery earlier than expected, great service.

Thank you for turning the order round so quickly. Great quality products.

Thanks also to your delivery driver Mark who is very professional, polite, and careful with handling the products – he’s a credit and an excellent representation to your company.

great communication with the company, delivery was right to time and in a tricky location, good follow-up comms from the company and the product is exactly as ordered. excellent stuff!

I ordered products that were delivered in January. Admittedly I make the mistake of not checking my goods and leaving them packaged ready for my joiner to work with. When my husband and joiner unpacked the goods today they were horrified and disappointed by the quality and finish of the product. I sent an email today admitting my mistake but advised of the issues we were greeted with and sharing our disappointment. After all if that was business I would greatly receive some honest and polite feed back. However the response I received was “ Unfortunately this was delivery over 3 months ago. As such I’m unable to action queries of this nature due to the span of time that has elapsed”. I found the whole response to be un interested in the points I raised. Even if there was nothing he could do at this point he could have at least apologised for the quality of workmanship and product I’d received and reassured me that if was to order from them again this is not the a regular occurrence for them. I did ring the shop and speak a lady who worked there and she advised me to email Will back as and express my disappointment with his response. I did this and again I was sent a response that lacked empathy and professionalism. “ Apologies I missed it off. My approach is that its better for everyone to get straight to the point of the issue.”. So from there I just thought it was better to leave it at that as they clearly do not value customer feed back and have aims to meet customer satisfaction. The quality of the product is also disappointing in relation to the cost and that is my opinion even if was to arrive in tact. Would not buy again from this company and have taken my custom to Skirting where I have already received a much higher level of customer service.

Have been in to these a third time and I am really impressed with their service and quality, great company

Amazing Company, this is my second order from them and it was a large order that arrived on time and the driver was lovely and so helpful and polite. But the best thing about buying from this Company is Tammy Prothero, she is superb, excellent in her care and so organised. I always feel in safe hands when I place my order with her, she checks and double checks everything and stays in touch, her promises are always for filled and she in my opinion is excellent at her job. Thanks Tammy, I will be back for part 3 of the renovation, please accept my thanks for making this purchase so stress free, and for being so kind and very caring! x

I only required a few lengths of skirting, similar to an order I had purchased sometime ago. Skirting R Us were very helpful with this as it didn't meet their minimum order value.
All was delivered in a timely manor with skirtings well packaged and protected to avoid any damage.
I would certainly recommend this company,

Great quality product and service, everything delivered in perfect condition. Well packaged. We are very pleased with what we ordered and the service we received.

Great quality and service: everything delivered as promised and in perfect condition. Very well packaged and I was able to use the hardboard protection strips to lay the skirtings on for painting. We ordered primed and the finish was excellent - no issues whatsoever. We didn't choose the cheapest and are pleased with what we ordered and the service received.

Nice easy website to navigate, great measuring tool on the site.
All made to order with spot on milling.
Combatively priced and items were well packaged.
