Quick and prompt delivery, I was kept well informed of progress and delivery days and times.

Amazing service, with a wide range of products. High quality products, all received well packaged and on the day they said they’d deliver. Faultless customer service - will definitely be using again. I need a trade account though so I can get trade prices

The skirting mouldings were nice and all received in tact. I did find customer service on the phone a little sarcastic and unhelpful - ‘just order online, why are you calling’. My architraves were sent in longer sizes - less than ordered which made it a bit confusing when counting what I ordered vs what I received. Regretfully due to builder errors, I had to place 2 ‘small orders’ which totalled over £100 plus VAT extra. Which felt unfair, this would put me off using in future as it’s just not easy to get the odd one bit of skirting if needed, without being super costly. I get VAT added on to products, but it is extremely unusual for it to be added on to shipping costs.
Luckily, delivery experiences were fine.

Woeful customer service to say the least. Delivery driver crashed into my neighbours car - i am new to the area and this has caused friction end embarrassment with myself and my neighbours. Instead of being apologetic and offering compensation like i asked, 'Will' responded saying it is dealt with through insurance and no 'compensation' is owed. Rude, sarcastic and unempathetic. Not a way to treat your paying customers. Do not use them.

I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from Skirtings R Us. I accidentally ordered far too much MDF architrave due to their confusing website, and when I reached out to return the excess, they flatly refused (pretty rude actually). We’re not talking about custom cuts, this is a fairly standard product that anyone could use, yet they showed no flexibility or understanding. Now I’m left with materials I don’t need, totally wasted my money, and to make matters worse, the product isn’t even even that great for my project. I won’t be using them again and wouldn’t recommend them to others.

Skirtings R Us is absolutely brilliant. It has been nothing but smooth and efficient from order to delivery and everybody I’ve come across from calling the office and speaking to Sales to dealing with the delivery guy Dave today has been so courteous and helpful. It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with them - and even more gratifying to hear they are a family run business - and I will definitely be buying again!

Fantastic service from start to finish. The delivery driver was exceptional - very friendly and polite, providing updates on what time he was due to deliver to us and helping to unload the products.

received extremely poor customer service and dealt with rudeness with each and every person I came across at Skirtings R Us, to the point where they were confrontational and unprofessional. We unfortunately received 2 lengths of skirting out of the 6 we ordered that were damaged. We signed the delivery note as unchecked as I was caring for my 4 month old baby, and two other small children. This was not taken into consideration and I was told, ‘what am I supposed to say to the courier’ and ‘as far as we know it was delivered in good condition’. At no point did we receive an apology and was told that we should expect our decorator (which they advised) to spend more labour time fixing the problem (at our cost), having spent more money on the primed product. We only received a refund upon enforcing our legal right to raise a charge back through our credit card company for unsatisfactory goods. I strongly advise using other companies that offer the same products.

Super fast delivery considering they are profiled, primed and shipped to order! They were wrapped and protected really well which helps a lot when you are running several jobs at once. Also, and most importantly as a carpenter it's always nice to see a consistently good profile across the linear meterage when joining lengths, scribes etc. Will definitely be using Skirtings R us again for all my mouldings. I recently ordered skirtings and architraves from Skirting R Us, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The delivery driver was super rude and refused to unload the items inside my house, leaving me to handle everything on my own. After managing to bring the items inside, I discovered that they were damaged.
I contacted the customer service to request a replacement for the damaged items, but they informed me that they could not do it. This level of service is unacceptable. I expected better quality control and customer service. I hope they take steps to improve their delivery process and ensure that their products arrive in good condition. Until then, I cannot recommend their services.

This was the first time I have bought skirting board along with architraves. After viewing different types we selected one which we liked and received a free sample so we could view it en-situ to check we'd got the sizes right. Ordering was an easy process and we added 10% to the length we required to allow for any wastage. We also ordered the longest length they supplied as this makes fitting easy with less joints to make. Delivery was speedy and everything was delivered as ordered and in good condition. After fitting they look exactly as we envisaged for our rooms.

Good quality skirtings and quick delivery considering they were made to order. Good price and easy to order exactly what I wanted. Tammy was very communicative throughout the process too. I would recommend this company.

I have used this company twice now and will definitely use them again when i require more skirting and architrave. The ordering process through their website is very easy to use. I was kept up to date with delivery dates and times via email and the delivery driver even calls ahead to let you know when he will be arriving and assists with carrying them in through the door
