We have used the company many years previously and found them to be excellent, so when we decided to renovate another room we decided to use Skirtings R Us again. As before everything was easy from ordering on line to making the payment. Very quick on delivery and the product excellent.
Highly recommended.

I used this company for some skirting I couldn’t buy off the shelf. I couldn’t find the same skirting cheaper anywhere else I was kept updated throughout the process until it was delivered. Great way to run a company

I had a very good experience and plan to order more architrave very soon. The product was as described and seems well made, nice and straight with a decent coat of primer. I was contacted ahead of time to confirm proposed delivery date was fine and delivery driver was happy to help me carry loads of skirting and architrave into the house. Would recommend

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I normally refrain from negative reviews as I’d hate to have an effect on a persons business. But this was so extreme I feel people need warning.

Answer machine message received to inform my emails were bouncing back and they would like to ‘discuss’ delivery. I was away and called 36 hours later to apologise.

I was told my package was wrapped and being delivered today. I expressed my concern as I was in work and there was rain and hundreds of pounds of product would be ruined. I was transferred to a manager who was the most unhelpful and most un empathetic person.

He informed that the delivery would take place today regardless, the driver would call thirty minutes prior and I or a representative would have to return home to receive the product. I explained I was working and could not. He went on to state ‘well you should’ve answered your calls and emails when you were on holiday’ horrified I explained that I had not been away on holiday but with a sick relative and had received no emails and only one answer message which I was responding to on a timely manner.

Even after I had informed of the family situation I had been away dealing with, he continued to be negative, unhelpful and at points I could hear him laughing.

He acknowledged I hadn’t received the emails as he had bounce backs. I explained I was perplexed as to why he’d planned delivery when I clearly hadn’t received his correspondence and he informed his company was ‘too busy with too many moving parts’.

Please bear in mind the delivery price for this companies product is extremely high!

I requested that the product not be left as there was no ‘safe space’ and it would be ruined. To which he informed his t&c’s covered the company leaving products.

I arrived home to it placed on my drive, not fully covered on old mouldy wood with nails sticking up that my children almost stood on.

The product itself is bobbly, it chips really easily and is not worth the price. This coupled with such an awful customer service compels me to warn others to steer clear. If anything is wrong with your product or delivery they will not assist, apply any compassion or sense and may even appear to be laughing at the awful and stressful situation you find yourself in.

Honestly, the worst experience I have ever had with customer service.

Don’t ignore all of the other bad reviews, I wish I had stayed clear.
Items delivered not as described, reported following their aggressive rules which state you must declare on your driveway before they go into the property if they are faulty or not. Their driver is itching to get away causing pressure on the customer to check the items. Over four days wait for response via email and their agents can’t answer questions, they just give you any answer so they can hit reply. Absolute waste of time and money. Stay clear - buyer beware. I will be claiming funds back via credit card claim.

Delivery was brilliant, lots of comms and confirmation on the day.

I have used this company twice know and cannot speak highly enough of the company and its products but also in particular Tammy and John, nothing was too much trouble, they are polite, extremely helpful, nothing seemed to be an issue that couldn't be dealt with.
