After leaving instructions for delivery…
After leaving instructions for delivery driver to leave the items under cover at the rear of the house the skirting and architrave where left on the path in the rain. The packaging is insufficient to protect from rain and the items were wet and also had impact damage from the courier.
The skirting and architrave are of high quality and this is my second time using Skirting Uk.
Let down the second time by a poor courier.

No responce from customer service when I emailed them that I cant fit the skirting in my car for them to cut it to a smaller height. Considering I had spent £450. I will be going elsewhere when I get the architrave and skirting for upstairs.

Sorry, we could not offer you a free collection and redelivery of the skirtings which you ordered,
Please take note we offered to cut your skirting down free of charge as a gesture of goodwill due to you ordering the wrong size.

Many thanks for the delivery today
Many thanks for the delivery today, can’t fault the goods or service. It was nice that your own employees are doing the deliveries and had time for a chat, I think this should be permanent !! I will definitely use you again. Are you likely to start selling engineered wood flooring ?

Ordered free samples
Ordered free samples. But they didn't come in the required height I need (requested). Its not very useful sending samples of the wrong height as you can not get any idea of what the 195mm height version would visually look like.

Hi RichS,
Thank you for your review, please note the samples which you ordered and received were the free standard samples which are 120mm x 18mm which is stated online.
If you require a custom-made sample, these can be purchased online. These are bespoke products made to each customer's specifications as we have thousands of dimension combinations and products.
I have emailed you a link to the custom-made sample, where you can purchase a 195mm skirting if this is what you require.
Kind regards
