Product fine but service and delivery poor!
Product fine but delivery and communication very poor. First had some generic email saying my order had been delayed due to a number of possible reasons but not naming one. Then after rearranging the delivery and waited in all day (due to not providing time slots) they didn't show. Contacted them next working day and email ignored. Contacted again and no apology made, just rescheduled for following day with no consultation. Would not recommend.

We understand that waiting in for a delivery can be frustrating – especially when it does not arrive on the scheduled day.
When a delay happens on our end – in this case due to machinery malfunctioning and needing an engineer to visit our warehouse – we make sure to notify our customers as soon as possible. To make sure we let our customers know immediately we make use of our CRM to push a notification to your email address with a new delivery date and a list of possible reasons.
After informing us that you would not be in on the new delivery date, we quickly changed your delivery to a day which was more suitable for yourself. Your order was then dispatched from our warehouse on time and was placed into the hands of our couriers – Tuffnells.
Regrettably, once your products leave our warehouse, the order is out of our control. All our parcels are dispatched to arrive on the next working day. In this case, the order successfully reached the Tuffnells delivery warehouse but was then lost within their warehouse. This information was not passed onto us from our couriers, so our assumption was that your order would successfully reach you on the expected day, and there would be no reason to send you a further delayed email.
Once we had discovered that your order had gone missing, we got in direct contact with our couriers to investigate where your parcel was located. As they were unable to locate the parcel, we took it upon ourselves to remake the order for you on an express delivery. As we knew that this order was now behind schedule, we remade and delivered this for you on the very next day. This you were informed of via email so you had written confirmation that your order was being remade and redelivered.
We are pleased to hear that you are satisfied with the products which were successfully delivered to you, and we can only apologise for the service which our couriers provided.

Home refurb.
First time I've used Skirting UK and very pleased. Skirting & Architrave ordered and received in perfect condition, very well protected. Will definitely be using again for next project, and would highly recommend. Only downside got email to say being delivered on the morning of delivery. Luckily someone was in.

Damaged product arrived, wouldnt replace, ignored emails, very unprofessional
Very unprofessional company. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Skirting arrived damaged and skirting uk wouldnt replace it but instead gave me 10percent off my next order(wont be ordering again)emailed a further 3 times and they have ignored me! Now left out of pocket with damaged skirting board. Very disappointed and in future will use a cheaper competitor. It seems in this case you dont get what you pay for :(

We understand that you are frustrated with the decision that we have made with your order. Unfortunately due to the length of time it took you to notify us of the issue, we were limited in the ways which we could help you.
The delivery of the products was made on 04/07/19, and we were not notified of any issues until 26/09/19 – over two months since you received the products. We recommend that customers check their packages for any clear signs of damage before signing for delivery, and that the packages are opened and checked within five working days.
Since a period of two months had passed, we are unsure as to when these damages would have occurred, and that it falls outside of the warranty period within our terms and conditions. For customers who notify us of damages within a reasonable time frame, we are more than happy to get these remade and resent at our own expense.
Once we received your email letting us know of your issue, it was passed directly onto the office manager who responded to you straight away. As you mentioned in your message to us that you were still looking at finishing the rest of your property, and that your dad was willing to fix the small dents, we believe that a 10 percent discount would be more than sufficient to cover the expense of repairing the dents. We will leave this discount in place should you choose to place a future order.
We hope that you understand that it is a rare occurrence for something like this to happen and that you were really happy with the previous order which was placed.
