I bought a Skullcandy Method ANC 360 mid august, by the end of october it was already defective in one earbud. I contacted Skullcandy, customer service was good, i was asked to return the earbuds at my expenses, which i did. I bought two other sets with the credit i was given (+$ on my side) and one of the pair was defective right out of the box. I sent them a video and some photos proving that they're defective the very same day that i got them. Now they're asking me to ship them back at my expenses again (about 45$ in total) they want me to pay shipping for something that's defective right out of the box. I asked them to cover the shipping expenses for the second one since they're defective out of the box but they refused. One set of earbuds that broke within 2.5 months and one set that's defective right out of the box. I'm very disappointed with the lifespan of their products. Their sound is good but doesn't last long. Customer service responds usually within a day but they don't offer you the necessary support. They expect you to pay shipping for products that are factory defective, time after time.
I'll will gladly take my business elsewhere and write about this anywhere i can. Money isn't earned easy, we trust your products but you deceive your customers.

I bought a original headphone from Skullcandy long long time ago and at that time, it was my go to headphone for walking to work, etc but when I heard that Skullcandy used to own Astro and that they are releasing new gaming headset with built in bass, THX and headtracking, I was sold.
It was expensive indeed but I wanted to experience that Crusher bass so I bought it but unfortunately, the wireless signal from headset to dongle wasn't too great for how much it costs.
Dongle and headset feels cheap but bass definitely kicks butt and sound is incredible. I think it beats SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro I have which has dull sounding with no bass at all. Skullcandy definitely takes a win here.
But customer service is lacking... it is difficult to reach out to real human through their customer service which is where it loses 1 star. AI isn't great and waste of time. Their email address doesn't even work either as it comes up as error if I try to send my concerns using their email address and they take forever to respond.
Skullcandy needs to improve overall quality of their headset like Crush PLYR 720 where magnet hits the cover and popping on my ears aren't very great experience. Headtracking is cool and THX is nice. I wish other brand offered these since theirs also costs arms and legs.
Do I recommend Skullcandy? Well I do but just be aware that their customer service is kind of lacking.

I bought the Crusher Evos using 2 promo codes (yes I know now, not how they work) and the total came down to $115. But when I clicked pay now, the total shot up to $192. So, I contacted them and they said once I receive the headphones they would refund the 40% the other promo code that didn't work back to me. Today, I got the headphones and got back in contact, and they sent the 40% to me. The customer service people I worked with were very nice and understanding, and EXTREMELY HELPFUL!
Would recommend buying product, especially the Crusher Evos.

My inquiry was responded to quickly. My issue was with a set of earbuds (ear clip broke off). They informed me that they do not send out replacement parts, and even though my earbuds were two years old and out of warranty, they provided me with a 40% off code I could use to replace them. This was nice because they didn't really have to do anything. The only reason I did not give a 5-star rating, was that I feel the product was not that old, and it should have better withstood my periodic use (once/week and always careful with them), and should have stood behind their products and workmanship better than they did with my experience. Skullcandy, being a large and reputable company in the headgear field of the electronics industry, and given the cost of their products being competitively high, I think they should have at least offered to replace them with something the same or similar. This would have led to my returning as a satisfied customer rather than shopping around within the overabundant ear bud market.

For return they do not send any free shipping bill. Now for a $30 device you have to spend $25 to ship it Bach ton them. This is a very poor way of pushing there products customers to prices.

I’ve been a loyal Skullcandy customer for around 14 years.
My last pair — the Sesh Evo — gave me a great experience and lasted about 4–5 years. Unfortunately, I damaged them while cleaning, as I accidentally dropped too much alcohol into one of the speakers. Since I had always preferred Skullcandy over other brands, I felt it was time to buy a new pair.
I chose the Sesh ANC Active, as it seemed like the closest option to what I was used to, and I was genuinely curious to try the active noise cancellation feature.
But sadly, as soon as I received and started using them, I noticed several big issues:
1. Lower audio output — I had to raise the volume significantly just to match the level I was used to with the Sesh Evo. Not a huge issue, but still annoying.
2. The app is a mess — Often takes up to 5 minutes to start. I tried closing and reopening, reinstalling, restarting the phone… and it still fails to open properly many times.
3. Connection instability — During the first few days, the earbuds would unpair randomly from my phone. Every single time this happened, the app would reset all my custom button controls, so I had to reconfigure everything again and again.
4. The worst part: the ANC — This was supposed to be their main feature. But honestly, it’s completely useless. I’m an audio engineer, but you don’t need to be one to hear how bad it is.
Every time I took a phone call using the earbuds, external noise was amplified instead of canceled, making calls noisy and frustrating. Even worse, sometimes the earbuds would retain that noisy background permanently, even after resetting, putting them in the case, forgetting the device, etc. Nothing fixed it.
This is terrible. I don’t understand why Skullcandy dropped the quality of their products like this. They used to be reliable — now they’re just disappointing.
I regret spending over 92–94 CAD + tax (more than $100 total) on such a poor product.
Hopefully this helps someone avoid the same mistake.

Bought the new Method 360 ANC in Europe while I was abroad, and I had an issue with them after I came home to Canada. Skullcandy does have a global warranty, which already puts them ahead of most brands.
Contacting customer service and submitting a warranty claim was a bit tedious, but at the end of it I got a new set of earbuds. Compared to dealing with customer service from other electronics brands, it was a smooth process.
Even though my buds malfunctioned, the fact that they honoured their warranty has me willing to stick with them. And I do love these buds, so I'm happy that I got a new pair so quickly.
Other notes: shipping was fast. Had no problems there

If you are considering to buy any Skullcandy products and you live in Canada, don't EVER repeat the mistake I did, which was buy them directly from their website, it's worth it buying it from Amazon, or in-person stores such as Walmart or BestBuy.
Ordered it Thursday 10, and I was supposed to get them Monday 14, and the carrier was Canada Post, but this carrier company said that they couldn't find my address, yesterday, Thursday 17, I got the message of "Return to Sender", and today, Friday 18, they were shipped back to the Sender, so I had to call to Skullcandy, in which they gave me the option to either get my headphones to my address (which will take 2 weeks and I will probably have an extended delay on top of the 2 weeks or I will have the same issue), or get the full refund.
They also said that I wasn't the only one who got the same issue with Canada Post.
How are you going to trust this company if they ship their products to Canada with the worst carrier company? They don't have another trustworthy companies where the customers can choose from.

Had the new Method 360 ANC. The little rubber part that seals the thing to your ear fell off and is lost. So now the seal is useless and so is the noise cancellijg feature. I tried to buy one and they said they only sell them as a complete unit meaning I’d have to buy another unit. Instead of sending a @35¢ piece of rubber to a Loyal customer they chose to offer me another unit at 40% off. Why would I buy that? How smart are they that after not helping me with a very simple solution they instead offer 40% off. Ridiculousness if they would like I can add screen shots of where they tell me I can only buy another unit instead of mailing the cheap piece that is now trying to fall off the other earbud as we speak. They are trying to dispute my review with Trustpilot to get it removed. I have screen shots and sent emails to prove everything I’ve said. Lucky I can’t post screenshots here or I would. Don’t call me a liar.
