have been a loyal skullcandy customer for at least a decade now. I recently had one of my shipped items get lost in the mail! I thought this was an issue with my shipping service and after several weeks of back and forth they directed me back to skullcandy. After a couple minutes on the chat function with a customer service rep, I had a new order placed and no extra fees to pay for it. It was extremely thoughtful and concise and I am so happy with my customer experience and I am always happy with the product!

Reached out to customer service because Canada Post failed to notify of delivery and returned my order without notifying me. Took about a day to get a response, Mark was clear and super helpful getting me a code to reorder, the first code didn't work, but another was immediately sent and I was able to re-order!

I've been wear skullcandy ear phones for 18 years. I recently switched to wireless and was glad to see skullcandy on the shelf. I bought a pair of jib true loved them for a few days. Then they basically stopped working. Would not hold a charge and both the right and left would stop working. Thought I just got a bad pair. Bought the indy and fuel and again after about a week the same problems . After many email and no real luck I then tried the site , thought I was going to resolve problem. WRONG. If the site suggests " ask a technician " don't do it . Dude not talk to anyone and was billed 67 bucks when it clearly said 2 dollar charge.
If you don't buy from their site you have to pay them to send the product back to cheap to send a self addressed envelope.
After 18 year of wearing skullcandy candy ear buds I won't be buying them anymore. I only expect them to work three months as I wear 40 to 60 hours a week while I work.
AGAIN DON'T BUY SKULLCANDY EAR BUDS

I ordered headphones for my daughters birthday , nearly two weeks ago now , still saying not shipped not communication , I have emailed twice with no reply . Will now not be in time , spent £100 .
I would really like someone to contact me !
I have now been contacted , my purchase is on its way to me .
I would like to say that maybe informing customers that they have a back log on your website or when ordering would stop negative reviews and better communication for the buyer.

Great help from the rep Raffy S as I had an issue with a claim amount but the rep helped me quickly and efficiently. They asked the right questions and dig through all the right spaces and helped me figure out the discrepancy with my claim amount and helped me get my correct amount. Made my day!!
