Product came dead on arrival, support was kind but largely unhelpful. Even though the product that was shipped to me was broken before I even opened the box, it was expected that I be the one to pay the shipping costs. I intend to purchase headphones from a company with better QA and a more reliable customer support track record.

I have never had issues with Skullcandy products and have been using them for many years, since I believe their value to match their quality. I usually purchase in store, but opted to order online to take advantage of a sale happening. I ended up wanting to cancel my order not long after I placed it, so I tried contacting through the Shopify confirmation email and their "contact us" button just links to Skullcandy's NOREPLY email, so obviously that was no help. I had to wait until I actually received the package to try and return them, and the link on their webpage kept giving me error messages and saying my return request went through, but never giving me a reference number. I ended up emailing with a customer service rep and kept asking for how the returns process worked, and never got a straight answer, always getting directed back to their broken webpage. So fed up with trying to return them, I'm just going to keep them and regift or resell them. Massive waste of my time and I'm not sure I'll purchase from them next time.

Been a Skullcandy user since I was 12 years old, I’m 27 now and Skullcandy’s products just keep improving. Excited to see what the future holds for the improving products skullcandy releases.

I was unaware of the new technology for charging my Bluetooth speakers. I sent tech support an e-mail and got an answer in less than 12h they were quick to answer my questions even through e-mail and they got right to the point and clearly explained everything to me. Really outstanding service.

The customer service was quite efficient and prompt. I had problems with the product. One earbud couldn't charge 100% and couldn't stay charged as long as advertised. I was able to send the product back within the warranty period. Waiting for a new product at the moment. I tried a competitor product as well, but Skullcandy product is much superior. The multipoint connection works great, and I love the app where all the settings can be customized, including which command will respond to the touch on the earbuds. Skullcandy products are much more customizable than competitor products. We can switch to Pairing mode by touching the earbud, which can't be done with competitor product.

They had great patience with helping me and I appreciate everything they’ve done so far. I am quite excited to receive my package now knowing it’s coming with lots of care.

I'm use to wearing earbuds SC-"push play active" currently which are really great on all counts, sound, and battery life. However I've being looking for a pair of noise canceling/ over the ear headphones to accommodate my busy lifestyle. These Hesh® ANC.
These are absolutely amazing!!!! As a private psw taking care of 2 family members FT, these hit the mark on all aspects. My older brother whom I look after, I put them on him to try them out and he was uhhhhh ( no speach/ communication) but you could see in his eyes/ facial expressions that these are amazing. Music is our life, I might have to save up to get him a pair for his bday next month.
Highly recommend these!!!!!

It has been a month and I haven’t received my refund. They take forever to reply back. I have received the receipt of the refund but I still haven’t received the money in my account. Seriously, this is very frustrating. If I could give 0 stars I would.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I always got a run around when I tried calling Skullcandy support.
