Amazing Customer Service

I spoke with Jensel who went above and beyond in making sure my concerns were addressed with issues I was having with my headphones. I appreciate how courteous and quick Jensel was to respond. The customer service was amazing! Thanks Skullcandy.

Customer service has gone over and…

Customer service has gone over and beyond to assist me. Great service. The only shortcoming is I have to pay for returning postage. Other warranty services cover that.

Customer Service

I would like to give 4.5 stars. The refund policy is good, but you have to pay for the return and they don't refund it. Otherwise, it's 5 stars. And Thanks, Andrie.

So i bought this headset.

So i bought this headset.
And it is missing a part from when i opened it. So i asked if they could sent me the missing part, but no.
They want me to pay around 22 - 25 euro to sent the whole thing back just so i can get that missing part. I can't really see, why i have to pay and cover the shipping when it is clearly their mistake.
And not to mention how the customer service lied. They first told me it would only cost a few euros to sent it back, which is a lie. Then they told me it would only take a few days for them to get it and sent it back, which also is a lie. It will take 5 days for them to get it and 5 days for me to get it returned so 10 business days in total as minimum. So i will have not headset for the holidays, if i return it. The whole thing just feel like a scam. 0/5 stars.

Stellar service

Stellar service. The person who helped me on their chat made sure I updated the firmware properly and I can now use my Grinds when I had resigned myself into replacing them.
I’ve trashed a dozen Logitech wireless headsets (I’m disabled) and my Grind earbuds have been amazing.

Customer service that leaves you happy

I am very picky with my customer service and this company truly goes above and beyond when it comes to helping customers. From fast responses to great advice and help, it makes buying products from their company and easy choice! Thank you so much for everything you guys do! Save your money, but something else

Worst earbud I've every bought. I've gone through 3 pairs of the dime true wireless earbuds. First two pairs one of the earbuds stopped working or wouldn't hold a charge. The third set is nearly impossible to charge unless I hold the buds in the case the entire time. The second I remove my finger from holding the earbuds in place they instantly turn on/connect to my phone. I also purchased the Jib true wireless earbuds and had the exact same issue as the first two sets of Dime True, one earbud just stopped charging and working completely. Would never recommend these earbuds to anyone. Spend the extra money and get something that actually works!

Amazing headphones. And my friends are getting them too.

Hello everyone. I am going to talk about my experience with Skullcandy. I bought my Crusher Evo six months ago and I could not be happier with them. I am a Bass Man fan and this is what I was looking for for a long time. The battery is great, the sound is amazing, design and quality of the materials are strong enough to support a big head man like me. They are heavy, true. But you get used to it. I am not giving 5 stars just because it is impossible to make the app work properly on my phone. The Bluetooth works perfectly, playing the music as expected but their own Skullcandy app doesn't. I tried too many different things to make it work but I just gave up. However, two of my friends are buying them too, as they envy me so much because of the sound. Hehehe. It does not have "noise cancellation" but who cares... When playing the tracks, I don't need anything else.
Please, engineers, it is time to sort out the app issues...
