Evidence of misleading conduct
On several occasions during my search, prices for airfares listed on Skyscanner were not available on the website where I was directed.
On a seperate occasion, the price increased $40x2 while I was partway through the booking.
These to me are matters of trust and credibility. Skyscanner needs to take care it’s not a party to bait and switch practices.
Please fix these issues to improve the Customer Experience

Great search engine
I love the way you can search for the cheapest flights in any month. You can’t even do that with individual airlines. It is a great tool.

Skyscanner is a must
Compared to other website I found Skyscanner the best to navigate. I like that it showed the whole month of pricing and low to high season pricing so if you were flexible with dates you could choose the cheaper flight. Also being able to select departure times, layover times, baggage was great as it targeted exactly the flights that fitted my criteria.

Tried to book 3 times on Skyscanner…
Tried to book 3 times on Skyscanner through “make my trip”
Every time , the booking was done, money was taken out of my card but the booking was still showing pending.
Then got msg by make my trip that they will confirm in an hour… and then an hour later, I get msg to say there was technical difficulties and the money will be refunded…. 3 times …
So I booked it through another site.

I’ve been using Skyscanner for a while now, and honestly, it’s one of the most reliable tools when it comes to finding cheap flight deals. What I like the most is how easy it is to compare prices across multiple airlines and booking platforms in one place—it saves a lot of time compared to checking different websites separately. The “whole month” search feature is especially useful because it shows the cheapest days to fly, which helps a lot if your travel dates are flexible. I’ve personally managed to save a good amount on both domestic and international flights just by adjusting my dates based on their suggestions.

Efficient and reliable flight booking online service
Search function is so practical to find overlapping multi stop flight scheduling, at the same time options are there to choose best prices and suitable flights. Review give ratings on the corresponding travel agents whether they are reliable or not. So the safety aspect of completing the booking is straight forward and so far in my 12-14 years of use, I will recommend Skyscanner.
