I was order online wedding suit & comes in pocket half of packet chewing gum if I was check firstly pocket. So it’s surprise for me than I call slater & I told how to sent me like wedding suit than he said we check our warehouse ..than how to comes chewing gum ???
Than i returned suit the slater not accepting so i never order again slater menswear order again & I suggest my all family members & all my friends no more order slater menswear anything because he sent worn suit & than never accept his issue

Why am I unable to spend a gift voucher instore?
The fact that a gift voucher can not be used instore and only online which limits your choice and your chance to physically view and try the clothes before you buy. Very outdated methods. 😒

At present our store point-of-sale system is not directly compatible with our online platform. As a result we currently sell store gift cards that can only be used within our stores, and an e-voucher that can only be used online.

Suit did not fit after alterations
Suit did not fit after alterations. Ordered shirt which took a month to come from warehouse. Now waiting 2 weeks for refund after returning a shirt

On checking your online order I can see that two shirts were ordered on the 3rd and delivered the following day. One of the shirts is showing as being returned with a refund being issued on the 10th. If this has not cleared into your account please e-mail us at contact@slatermenswear.com and we will look into this further.
I am so sorry to hear that suit was not the ideal fit after alterations were carried out. If this has not been resolved at the store please e-mail us the details and we will escalate this onto senior management to look into further.

Great suits at great prices
Great suits at great prices, especially the free tailoring service. Just wish they could be more flexible in the tailoring service. I appreciate it’s a free service and they said it would take 10 days, but we could have done with having them in 9 days as we were quite pushed due to wedding and stuff. It wasn’t even a polite decline, but more of a uninterested “no”
