I ordered tan shoes online and when…
I ordered tan shoes online and when they arrived it I thought good sorted and put them under my bed, after a few weeks I checked which I should of initially I realised wrong colour too dark, today went to the store in Cardiff to change the shoes, what can I say in 56 years on earth there customer service was amazing second to none, I will back and recommend slaters Cardiff as a first and only place to go.

I visited Slaters Menswear
I visited Slaters Menswear in Birmingham with my two sons. The service was exceptional, we was looking for three black evening suits for my sons wedding reception and 2 suits for the pre wedding party, both Ranvir and Raj helped us over a two and half hour visit. Both were kind, showing patience and providing guidance. I cannot fault the staff, making the process stress free. In addition to purchasing 5 suits, we brought, braces, bow ties, pocket sleeves, shirts and cufflink. All the the suits included alterations which were noted down and explained to us by Raj and Ranvir. The price at checkout was surprisingly and value for money.
I have no issue recommending Slaters Menswear.

Great service but mediocre shoes.
Slaters were great with a prompt and efficient service. The shoes, sadly, not so great.
While comfortable, the shoes seem to have a bad oder to them like they have been soaked and the water has been left to go stale.

It's refreshing to see a traditional menswear retailer continuing to do things properly while still moving with the times.
For me, Slaters remains 100% one of the very best men's outfitters on the British high street. Great clothes, great prices and excellent service — exactly what shopping for menswear should be.
