Great idea but just not working

Great idea but just not working.
I signed up for sloth move thinking it would save me time and headaches. Instead, realised there's one a few services they could move for me.
The bigger issue is there is no easy way to contact support after setting up your case. So when they gave my electricity and gas provider the wrong moving date, it was a pain to get through to someone to action on this.
Instead of relaxing, I've been chasing for a reply and getting billed incorrectly by my former energy provider.
They need to get a lot sorted out for their business to work, unfortunately

I wanted to let you know that we sent 2 updates to your energy company - both of them with the date of 04/11/2023. It seems that their customer service agent mixed up the day and month of the date sadly. This is an unfortunate error and a mistake on their part.

I've asked our tech team to format our dates with written months going forward.

- Other Updates
Because your move date was updated after some of your update notifications were sent off, some of your updates do show the 3rd, but not to worry - I have resent these updates with the correct dates.

Please do let me know if there are any problems and I'll jump on them right away!"

Save the stress!

I'm not sure how SlothMove popped up when I started on the dreaded list of those I needed to inform from utilities to dentist and all in between but I decided to use it and was the best value system ever. Very little left for me to do before I move in that respect and a huge weight off my mind. Thank you so much.

Having investigated this for you I believe there may be some confusion; we are not affiliated directly with DWP, so we are not aware of any statement from them pointing you towards us. This may have happened because one of our articles is the first result for "DWP Change Address" on Google 🙌

If this is the case, it would explain why the pricing may not have been immediately clear -as you would have begun your Slothmove journey via an article rather than our homepage (which discloses our pricing) ☺️

Would not accept my Mobile No for some…

Would not accept my Mobile No for some reason entered it several times then suddenly all details went through I am not very experienced with on line so was very fed up by the time details were accepted.

My experience was ok

My experience was ok, can’t fault what they did. Some companies were notified of my change of address, however, there are several companies/organisations that I still need to update. I do, however, appreciate that Sloth has lightened my load.
