I'm really sad to hear that you've not had a great experience,

We're the first service of our kind and are working hard to get more companies on-board all the time 😊

We'er super responsive by email and we're upgrading our dashboard to give our customers a lot of additional self serve options 🙌

I dropped a response to you yesterday regarding your updates:

I'm just picking up the conversation and getting caught up,

- Your energy company​
I wanted to let you know that we sent 2 updates to your energy company - both of them with the date of 04/11/2023. It seems that their customer service agent mixed up the day and month of the date sadly. This is an unfortunate error and a mistake on their part.

I've asked our tech team to format our dates with written months going forward.

- Other Updates
Because your move date was updated after some of your update notifications were sent off, some of your updates do show the 3rd, but not to worry - I have resent these updates with the correct dates.

Please do let me know if there are any problems and I'll jump on them right away!"

We're sorry to hear about this -at Slothmove transparency with regards to our pricing is a huge priority for us, so we're constantly developing new ways to disclose & convey our fee scale 🙌

Having investigated this for you I believe there may be some confusion; we are not affiliated directly with DWP, so we are not aware of any statement from them pointing you towards us. This may have happened because one of our articles is the first result for "DWP Change Address" on Google 🙌

If this is the case, it would explain why the pricing may not have been immediately clear -as you would have begun your Slothmove journey via an article rather than our homepage (which discloses our pricing) ☺️

The turnaround displayed on your dashboard accounts for each service's internal turnaround for changes of address; our system accounts for each of these turnarounds individually, which means that everything is sent out in good time for your move 🙌

In short -please rest assured that your updates have been distributed as requested and there has been no delay in your updates 👍
