Total waste of time

Total waste of time, this is company who does not have the legal authority to change or forward new details to a supplier etc. I have had to do all myself as all the companies I changed my details with said I had to do myself to verify authority, on numerous accounts it's still pending. There is no response from slothmove and it's utterly disgusting as there duping customers with a service they cannot fulfill.

very bad unoprofessiona

Couldn't check my details as asked in your email sent after I paid. Didn't have any password, asked for a resetting, gave my email address, was told that a reset link had been sent except that I never received such reset link, so that I cannot confirm my details, and you cannot move forward with my request. Paid 35 £ for nothing

Bad experience with Slothmove

I am having a really bad experience with Slothmove. No news of the progress in more than 3 weeks and when I contact them to know more there are few emails back and forward that is taking more than one week and still no clarity on how things are progressing. I needed to be registered in the council tax and after 3 weeks of wait I have ended add doing it myself.
The worst part is that you can only contact them by email and this method is not even responsive...

Had the potential to be great but was…

Had the potential to be great but was actually almost as much bother as doing it myself.
Somehow my details got stuck, there was an issue with my husband and I being able to both sign up as a joint thing, and I seemed to complete forms lots of times.
I wouldn’t bother next time.

Good

This is a great idea but there wasn't a lot of choices of insurance companies and other things. I had to leave them blank. Overall though, a good app and hopefully will save me a lot of time.
