George in operations is extremely helpful and provided me options to make the transition as easy as possible. Mike at the storage facility is extremely helpful with solutions and very accomodating on containers being delivered.

So easy to order online, other places don't have price on website, that why I chose this company.

The process was explained to me very clearly by Josh before our things were collected and stored.
When we wanted the contents brought to our new address it went through seamlessly. Richard and Alfred who delivered our furniture and boxes deserve special praise as they were both friendly and professional.

As a family we have used the Smartbox for many years and found it to be very handy and all the staff involved to be friendly and helpful.

no hidden cost or fuel levies, a lot cheaper than the competitors, fits in an average driveway. Driver was lovely and experienced in reversing, operations team was very helpful and accommodating. Loved the convenience of carefully packing your personal items with care.

Very happy with the service provided, especially as I was abroad when setting up up the contract for the storage. The whole process has been very smooth and efficient at every point.

Compared to their competitors Smartbox is a dream. Courteous, reliable, sensible, on time, easy to deal with, they were great across the team…Richard, Josh, John are all good guys.and they gave us a couple of handy tips that made our move super smooth and cost effective…not the cheapest but arguably the best for our needs.

Helpful with info on best sized box to order. Answered all questions I had about their service well. Very prompt with delivery & pick-up. Can't comment more as have only just started 6 months contract. Only thing I could mention is, if loading bigger items like washing machine or diningroom table yourself, make sure have enough muscle power to push trolley up ramps into the box. Also
to pull down top of outside cover to shut box up for removal. Took two of us to pull the string/rope together to activate the mechanism.

They did everything they said they would, no hidden gotchyas. All staff I dealt with along the way from there sales guys and SmartBox driver were real helpful and down to earth people. Kudos to the team at SmartBox
