Smart Estate Agent Reviews

Jack from Smart was incredibly helpful and professional during the letting process. Highly recommended agency.

We had a great experience with Nina! We are moving from Edinburgh to Exeter and we were worried that the process would be very complicated. Nina streamlined everything for us and she even went the extra mile when we asked for some measurements. Very happy 😊

Great service from Jack.

Thanks

First class service from Jack Ottaway when I went to view a property - punctual, professional, friendly and knowledgable. Deserves six stars as he found my driving licence that I’d left at the property and looked after it for me until I was able to collect it! Thanks Jack for your excellent customer service.

very professional service . Thank you .

My partner and I were more than happy with the service we received from Jack, he was brilliant and welcoming. All our queries were dealt with and overall his customer service was brilliant!

Jack was very helpful when showing us around the property and gave me and my partner help regarding the income affordability with homes and didn’t make us feel rushed throughout the viewing

We working with Smart Agents for quite a while now and didn t had any issue , Josh Peto been amazing with his services and with helping straight away when something was inconvenient or had to be changed in our place !

Josh has been a great help! He has answered questions promptly and helped the process of securing a property move along smoothly. A professional and friendly service, I would highly recommend.

Jack was extremely professional throughout, answered all my questions thoroughly and made the whole move process and absolute breeze. Great work Jack.

Jack was incredible from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much... he answered all of our questions and made the process seamless. Honestly the best experience with a letting agent we've ever had!

Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable and wait on time for the appointment. Would recommend to visit for SMART estate agent as it was quick and efficient and friendly.

Smart estate agents manage a few of our properties and I find them to be very good at keeping me informed of any issues that arise. Nina in particular is always on hand for any questions I might have and has even helped me find cleaners / maintenance contractors for unrelated properties - great service, above and beyond.

Jack O has been so helpful, friendly, understanding and professional. He’s a great asset to your team.

Jack provided impeccable service from the very start! Responded to my original enquiry very quickly, arranging a viewing was effortless and despite delays due to traffic & incorrect navigation, waited at the property until we arrived calling us to check we were ok.

Upon arrival, Jack offered to show us another apartment in the building and was able to answer all our questions.

Jack was very informative and elevated the experience of viewing the property

JACK IS COOL. I THOUGHT HE WAS WELL INFORMED ON THE PROPERTY AND KNEW HIS STUFF. HE DEMONSTRATED TO BE A PROBLEM SOLVER WHEN I WAS LOST AND HE WENT TO THE ROAD TO LOOK OUT FOR ME- INSTEAD OF JUST GIVING ME INSTRUCTION OVER THE PHONE. I LIKED THAT. OVER ALL. A FRIENDLY PERSONALITY. NICE PERSON.

Did a viewing with Jack - he was there on time understood aspects of the property we were viewing and also explained next steps -
So happy with this friendly and responsive service .

Emily and Megan have both been professional, proactive and helpful during the viewing and applying stage of renting through Smart. Thank you both for making the process efficient and easy!

Megan was very professional and helpful in helping find and arrange property's to look at. She was very bubblely and welcoming which made the experience more settling. Will definitely be recommending her and the agency to friends and family.
