Smart Estate Agent Reviews

Smart Estate Agency is highly recommendable. I had a viewing at St.Loyes with Chloe. It was a wonderful experience as this was the first time I interacted with an agent. She was very nice and friendly. The house was also affordable with good amenities.

Kay was keen and quick to sort out a transaction mistake I made and resolved the problem efficiently.

Showed the property quickly and in detail. Was very nice and helpful.

We are so impressed with the support Kay gave us in finding our rental property. The service was professional and informative and she went above and beyond to help us.

Didn't feel like the viewing was rushed and the agent had obviously done some research into the property

Very helpful. Quick and efficient

Moved into a new place. I was assisted by Amelia. She was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process.

Lisa, Amelia and the team are great offering a real personal service, I'd have no hesitation in recommending them if you want to sell your property.

Best costumer service, very helpful!

Chloe Potterton was polite, helpful and accommodating- I missed my train but she waited until I arrived.following the viewing she also raised my questions with the landlord and obtained answers. Chloe was also helpful when I had to complete various forms. So instead of a hassle it was a pleasure dealing with her. A lovely young lady and an asset to the Smart Estate agent.

Fast and efficient reply

We had a wonderful experience- we were all a little late as we came from all over the place but the women were so accommodating when moving into dracaena Ave. They took the time to be friendly and super easy to get along with all while making sure we understood the whole process. Couldn’t have asked for any more on a stressful move in day!!

Carly and Emily were wonderful and made it a superb viewing experience for me. They were very professional in answering all my questions.

The service from Smart staff is great, They always come back to me,

Amazing Job, very helpful with any queries or requests we had prior to the move. Very quick to respond to any emails or questions we had. Emily has been brilliant in assisting us through the process and creating a very smooth experience. Can’t recommend them enough.

Amelia has been of a great help since day one.
The viewing went so smoothly and she explained everything I need to know about the room that I am looking to rent.
She, also, kindly answered all of my questions and I felt guided throughout the entire process.

Throughout the whole process I spoke to many members of staff who were all extremely welcoming! Amelia met me on move in day and was super lovely and helpful
