Thanks for all your help! The customer service reps were great.

I have not received the products yet. We just placed our order. I gave a 5 star rating based on their customer support and service. I was impressed by the product knowledge, the opportunity to learn about a discount I qualified for and how patient they were with helping me customize our products. We definitely will continue to use smart practice for ALL of our custom products :)

You have done mass mailings for us, appointment, business cards and custom brochures without blinking and eye. You have the best customer service and we always feel like we doing business with a proud family ran small business and not a large corporation. Please don't change a thing!

Great quality on the Birthday cards we order as well as great dependable fast service. There is also a large selection of cards to choose from as well.

Our sales representive, John is awesome. He is always calling us about upcoming deals and has always been helpful in tracking down supplies for us. They have repeatedly price-match supplies against other dental supply companies. Couldn't be happier with their services and attention to our needs.

I like working with Steph and she gets us the best deal on toothbrushes. We have handed out over 9000 toothbrushes through community activities in our first year and so getting the best price is important to us.
