SMI Reviews

Thank you to Shona for her recent support with a last minute project! It is much appreciated and I would highly recommend!

Have been dealing with Grace and has always been hugely helpful.

Very impressed with all customer reviews, none negative all specify how in depth customers inquiries are taken on board, how the staff take the time to resolve them no matter how big or small.

100% impressed with this company and its staff.

I have to order PPE for my company and at times it has been such an ordeal to get it right, especially when SMI moved to online ordering, but Ella has gone over and above in order to help me get our selection of PPE right on the portal. I can't thank her enough for all her help/advice and for listening to what I needed. Thanks Ella, you're a great asset to the company!

Very quick response and delivery

Great experience! Customer service was very helpful and friendly. I've ordered safety shoes which were too small. Return for a refund was hassle free. Ordered bigger size and I'm happy, the quality is really good and at a good price! Next day delivery too! Overall really happy and I would recommend this company. Thank you for your service.

Great service, quick and easy to order and fast delivery. Highly recommend SMI Group.

Great customer experience! The team were fully on board with supporting our biodiversity campaign. Shona went above and beyond in helping us obtain the products we were after as part of this campaign.

Grace is a pleasure to work with. Friendly, genuine and always happy to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble and she understands what is important to us as a business. Would also like to mention Josh and his proactive approach as Key Account Manager

We have very few problems when ordering and with deliveries, however, if there has ever been an issue Grace has it sorted in her very efficient & friendly manner. Great service & much appreciated.
