This is my second review but Smokeday sent me a defective modul unit. Ignored me for 2 weeks after I recieved my defective product. After a heated email I sent they finally got back to me with trouble shooting tips. I tried all the steps to try and fix the unit they gave me. I sent photo and video evidence of the problem and the said they would resend my order. They resent a coil not my unit that was malfunctioning. My resend invoice clearly show what they were supposed to send me. (This was supposed to be a Xmas present). I brought this to smokeday's attention and was told to wait until someone reviewed my case again.... seriously it's been 2 months and still.... Smokeday is not your friendly customer service people. If you have a bigger purchase don't get it here these guys will jerk you around until they don't feel like dealing with you any more then try and tell you to go to the manufacturer.

After ordering on dec 18th smoke day finally got me my piece... took alot of emails but finally resolved my issues.. it is currently feb 20th so there ya go. Got my stuff and it all works. satisfied just getting my operational piece

I can say your Site is the Easiest I have Order from. The Shipping was very fast. The Percolator was in Perfect Shape from excellent packing. I am Impressed with Heavy Glass Bong.

Jeweled Double Honeycomb WORST EXPERIENCE EVER & WORST BONG EVER

1st incident was the fact that I received a bong with an 18mm male and female piece. On top of that the mouth opening of it is terrible. It is waaay wider than what is described in the product details.

I then email support and provided explanation photos. It was my understanding they would be sending the correctly sized bong which again the male and female pieces are supposed to be 14mm NOT 18mm.

I thought my package with the replacement had been lost or stolen. I find out theu send only a bowl and that bowl was ineed 14mm, but you know what was not ... the the female opening for the bowl. That was 18mm. That means it did not sit at all in it.

I am furious, the support team is awful. No replacement was sent out, just a bowl. The description is still not matching the entire bong at all.

Do not buy this bong. I in no way believe any of the 5 star reviews of it at this point. I believe those are fake reviews, until the SmokeDay team can prove otherwise.

4 stars because an item is ordered was missing and I know the holidays made it a longer wait but overall the customer service was great.
I would email and relieve a reply the same day and my item eventually arrived but I will be ordering from you guys again 😊

Throughout my years of buying things on the internet this actually has to be the worse company Ive ever purchased from defective glass tree percolator won’t work as intended and the shipping situation dont get me started on that if you buy a specific carrier like usps don’t! They will rip you off they will purposely downgrade your shipping and not refund you for it I used to actually like this company until
Today please if you know what’s good for you don’t order from the company get your glass irl or buy it cheap so when you do get ripped off it wont be a lot of money

We ordered a glass bowl, and were disappointed when it arrived broken. It's not exactly their fault, but it also seemed unwise to have shipped it in an envelope (with a ton of bubble wrap) rather than a box. They were very responsive, especially given that it was over Christmas, and made sure that we got a replacement. They clearly care about making sure you ultimately have a good shopping experience with them.

Our son's Christmas Bong arrived quickly, and the bong itself was in perfect condition; however, the bowl was damaged.
The packaging is over-the-top heavy-duty! Nothing short of a forklift running over the box, should have damaged it. But accidents can happen.
Smokeday customer service quickly acknowledged the claim and promptly sent a replacement bowl!
