I've been using these types of products for over 20 years and I still feel like a kid in a candy shop when I get on their website. So funny.

Past order recieved wrong thing ..... refunded my whole order. Even let me keep the wrong item sent.

Nothing bad to say..... accidents happen they treated me right trying to fix it.

My first piece arrived broken, on a Saturday. I emailed them the same day with all the necessary photos. Heard back from them the following Tuesday. Customer service was very speedy, and the person I dealt with was very kind. I received a new one on Friday of the same week, in perfect condition and with a grinder. Will absolutely order from them again.

I got several emails (because of a past purchase) about this years Black Friday event that motivated me to make a purchase. I had recently purchased a new bong from another source that I really was not happy with. I saw this one and it took a few days to decide to go for it I am very glad I decided to give myself a late birthday present (Halloween baby!).
You have such a great selection in a very wide range of prices but I am very particular in what I want . This one included all my "must haves": 11-15" tall with double shower heads, an 18mm male bowl fitting and a curved mouth piece. The hits are soooo smooth and the rig is elegant looking.
You acted quickly on my order and packaged it with great care!

Everytime I buy something from this store, there's always something misleading about it where it ends up being a waste of money. I've bought two bongs and one pipe from this place. The two bongs both had ash catchers and other things that made it difficult to smoke and clean. both of which were not listed in the description which was probably why they were so cheap. This website is way overpriced and shady for the cheap crap they sell. There's so many other sites with better more reasonably priced items, don't waste your time with them. I never will again.

I really hope people read my review before making any purchases from this company. They are absolutely terrible to deal with. I purchased a glass pipe from them and was unsatisfied with it. I contacted the company to get a refund which they let me refund, but I had to pay my own shipping to send it back whereas most companies will send you a return label so you don't have to pay for shipping. If that wasn't bad enough, they didn't even return the full amount of the item. I chose free shipping, but apparently they deduct the amount of shipping they supposedly said they paid to ship it in the first place. So I basically had to pay for shipping twice. After everything, I only got a refund of about 15.00 on an item that was 34.99. They are also really bad at getting back to you if you email them with a question. I still haven't gotten a response from them about an email I sent last week and have emailed them about 4 times asking them to get back to me. I do not recommend doing business with them at all!!

product not delivered and customer support doesnt exist im beyond tired of this scam site and have filed a complaint with the BBB to further an investigation into the site.

very discreet package which i love and also wrapped like hell in the bubble wrap but i love that. the piece itself is soooo beautiful. they left a few suprise gifts in the box which i love so much. i got stickers and a PINK biodegradable grinder. will be ordering from again and will be recommending to all my friends as well.

Everything is perfect and I really enjoy the donut bong it's the 1st in the bong election getting more cool bongs and pipes for the collection

Ordering = easy
Customer service = answered my questions, just be patient.
Communication = I knew every step what was happening. Their email reply went to my " promotions" folder so look there. Not their fault.
Price= my item was on sale, plus 10% off as new customer, FREE SHIPPING.
Processing = FAST, 2 days. I had my order in 3 days via UPS.
Packaging = Really wrapped securely, glass was intact, no damage. Also, some stickers and little grinder added free
Follow up afterwards to wrap things up ...with a bow on it

I had problems with the local postal service in Spain and was unable to get any information on the state of my shipment. I contacted SmokeDay and got an immediate reply with accurate information regarding my shipment, with regular updates.
