Mystery box had a cool looking bong, glass pipe,plastic grinder, cig pipe, a wooden coffin pipe, 2 packs of raw papers, and blueberry terp wraps.

My initial review of this company would’ve been negative, as a first time customer I was shipped the wrong product.

However, John from Customer Relations emailed me once I decided to ship the wrong product back.

He advised me not only that I could keep the wrong product no charge, and my original order had shipped that day (received in Canada 2 days later).

I’m now the proud owner of 2 bongs for the price of my inconvenience. Well done and great customer service. 👏👏👏👌✌️

I don't know how many times over the years I've ordered from this company but every time the products are super high quality at crazy cheap prices with fast free shipping!!!

Bought a mystery box that claimed to have a value of $150 and what I received equates to a value of about $30. I paid $50 to receive less than $30 of product. Dont trust any mystery box, I’d even say don’t trust any product from smoke day.

The skull bong is the bomb 10 stars

I ordered a BOGO but only received 1 item. It took several days for customer service to agree to send the missing item, and only after I sent a picture of the shipping label which clearly showed only 1 item shipped. If I could find this info, why couldn't they? I also got incorrect shipping info that item had been delivered when it wasn't actually delivered until the following day.

And if that weren't enough, neither item is usable. On the first item, the neck is incorrectly angled over the bowl which means your face is directly over the flame when lighting. On the second item, there's a blockage somewhere between the bowl and the end of the neck making it almost impossible to draw.

TOTAL waste of my money and time plus lots of frustration. Do NOT recommend

It took almost 2 weeks to resolve these issues. SmokeDay.com provided a complete refund for the unusable items and apologized for the inconvenience. I rated it at 4 stars because I'm still shopping which will is annoying.

I bought the Mushroom, glow in the dark bong and the first time they forgot the banger, and there was some damage to the mushrooms and paint, however I got replacements in a short period of time and they were very nice and quick in the emails too! Highly recommend and I can’t wait to buy more! The second bong was in much better condition!

I was looking for a specific pipe and found it on Smokeday.com The pipe was a sherlock holms and has a large bowl with a flat bottom. This will be my 3rd one so I hope I don't brake this one. But just in case could you order more please.

The chamber very clearly broke… don’t know if this was via shipment or what but i’m very disappointed, basically useless

First time buying glass online and was extremely anxious from horror stories from homies. The packing of both the prices that came were incredibly wrapped in a way only crushing the package would break it. Will forever order through here. Great price, perfect quality from order to deliver.

After having some time to actually experience the bong and dab rig I order I am beyond pleased. I will be a customer for life :) <3

It's heavy. The design is on the outside and is textured so it feels like a grip on the piece so it wont be dropped easily. I replace a cheech piece i had for 3 years with this one and I am happy with the trade.

Smokeday really came through for me. They provided great service. It was convenient and the shipping took no time at all.
I am really enjoying my seahorse Pro Plus limited edition.

Best service ever!!!! Order was easy and got my item fast and when I needed to have a piece replaced they went and made it and informed me when it would be ready and made sure there is enough to order. Will be ordering from here again.

I only got TWO out of the THREE bongs I bought from you guys ! Only two was in the box …I spent good money with you guys! & now I don’t have my space astronaut bong that was not cheap && I’m not happy at all!
