Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear you received two different sizes in your order instead of all 100ml bottles. We definitely want to get this sorted for you.
Could you please confirm which scents you received in 120ml and 100ml, and whether you’d like us to exchange the 120ml bottles for the correct size or keep them as they are? Once we know your preference, we’ll arrange the quickest solution for you.
Appreciate your patience, and we’ll make sure this is resolved right away.
Been waiting days for the delivery
Been waiting days for the delivery - DHL didnt even try to deliver to my house, I was in waiting - so Ive tried to get it delivered to a drop off point for days now- still nothing - in the same time I have had deliveries from all over UK with different couriers all ok, even Evri out performed DHL in my recent tests. Smokers Choice auto customer support was no help, courier is impossible to contact due to the ecommerce account. I had one vague, completely useless reply with zero info to one email. Not sure whats happening now, its Friday night Ive been waiting 3 days & any joy that could be had from my purchase is long gone. You are really going to have to do something to keep me from doing a chargeback or even considering using you again. This was a tester run to check product quality before bulk purchase :) :) I mean you cant make this stuff up. Sad but true.

First, I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced with your order. Waiting days for a delivery, especially when you were available to receive it, is unacceptable—and I completely understand how disappointing this has been, especially since this was a test order before considering a bulk purchase.
I’m very sorry that DHL failed to deliver as expected, and that our support response did not give you the clear information or assistance you needed. That’s not the standard of service we want to provide.
