Second time I’ve been sent faulty products, this time products were delivered without lids
Although customer support said he’d send out lids for my vapes I won’t be returning as a customer any time soon.

We’re very sorry to hear that you’ve experienced issues with your orders again, and we completely understand your frustration. This is not the level of service or quality we aim to provide.
We’ve arranged for the missing lids to be sent out to you, but we also want to make this right. Please let us know if there’s anything further we can do, whether that’s a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Your feedback is really important to us, and we’ll be reviewing this internally to prevent this from happening again. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're very sorry to hear about the issue you've experienced with your vape device. Safety is our top priority, and we take incidents like this extremely seriously.
From the description, it appears the device may have malfunctioned, or potentially the oil used was not compatible with the specific vape model. Using the wrong type of oil can sometimes cause overheating, leakage, and abnormal device behavior.
We strongly recommend you stop using the device immediately and contact our support team directly so we can investigate further. We may need specific details such as the product batch number, type of oil used, and any photos or videos you can provide to assist our technical team.

I ordered 2 boxes of 12 cones each but only received a Cali vape box containing 2 single cones. Completely wrong item and short on quantity. Very disappointed with this order.
