This is the second time I've ordered…
This is the second time I've ordered from this company. Both times I received merchandise that was broken. Very disappointing. Secondly, this time they got my order wrong and sent me some stupid cat paw pipe instead of a glass bubbler. This cat paw pipe was a pathetic piece of trash compared to the bubbler I bought and then when I try to get in touch they make it impossible. I will never order from them again very unprofessional and all around bad company. They say they are American but I received my package and it was all Chinese newspapers inside for the stuffing. Very very very unhappy with my experience.

Antwoord van Smokingcats
Adam, hailing from Canada, greetings from our American company based in Houston, Texas. The shipping label clearly indicates our location, and we believe in the eco-friendly practice of using recycled newspapers for packaging. It's our small way of contributing to environmental conservation. Rest assured, our contact information, including address, phone number, and email, is prominently displayed on the front page, offering multiple avenues for you to reach out to us for any replacements, should you need to.

The ordering process was very simple and I loved that it wasn’t a minimum limit like most sites. Fast shipping notices from what I see on my email notifications. Can’t wait to get for the drop off.

Very fast discreet shipping
Very fast discreet shipping. I ordered on a Thursday and had it on a Monday. Everything was intact and nothing broke during shipment. Coming from half way across country I am impressed. The products I ordered are of good quality. I am very satisfied and will order again in the future.
