S Money Reviews

The online ordering process was very simple and easy to follow. Once ordered the email confirmation was in my inbox with the next step in the process to be completed, very simple. I was notified during the whole process. Highly recommended.

Pre-ordered our US dollars through S Money online. Got an email and SMS once they had received my payment and also when the money was ready to be collected (earlier than expected date). Great service from Jaslyn from Lotus at the pick up point in Haymarket. Extended weeknight hours until 6:30 pm is very convenient. She counted the money out in front of us and was very friendly and helpful. All our requested denominations were provided. This was our first S Money order and would use this service again in the future. Highly recommended!

Easy to use with great exchange rates and excellent service

Great service, top rates and prompt delivery.

I have used S Money a couple of times now.
Their website is easy to use and navigate, customer service keeps you up to date on progress of your purchase and delivery times are quick.

I was a bit worried at the start. New site I haven’t used before. But the reviews helped me push through and there was nothing to be worried about.

Cash came in 4 days was in a little pencil case wrapped up all nice and neat with the receipt. Counted and it was the exact money.
Very easy process I did pick up from the post office. I will for sure be using them again.

A very efficient, speedy, convenient and safe way to obtain foreign currency.

Ordered foreign currency through their website, was given info about fulfilment expectations and updates sent to me during the process and was met with a courteous lady when collecting my currency

Good exchange rate, low fee, quick service, convenient location.

Very easy, quick and convenient.. will always use now

As always, prompt and reliable service at a good exchange rate! Currency arrived in very practical denominations for easy, day to day transactions.

Very effective fast and smooth transaction from start to finish with a competitive exchange rate

Easy, great communication, great service

Really fast no hassles at all highly recommend

It was so easy to order and get the cash delivered. It was my first time in using them and certainly will be used again for all my future trips.

Service was great however I would have liked smaller notes as as the villages to in PNG don't have facilities for $100 notes.

S Money offered a great rate for PNG Kina. The process to order the money and flexibility with delivery/collection options were excellent. Would definitely use S Money again.
