They’re great kind of until you try and cancel. Then you get bombarded with so called help but it’s really only to conserve the subscription. Don’t cancel one day late even if you are having known issues they will take another months subscription. They kill any remote chance you will return to them. Personally I don’t think they care much about their reputation or what anyone thinks of them.

SMTPGET is one of the best team ,im working with them . they have best way to send mass emails without getting blocked. I really appreciate the hard work of SMTP get team . they give 100% and dedication in services . customer support is available 24/7. As a client since 2020 Im able to test their software with ease of navigation. Throughout my journey in testing phase, the customer service was very helpful. When we finally deal with the end customer , we had ZERO PROBLEMS. You can build your own smtp email server and send unlimited emails. I am so happy to say this that i have chosen SMTPGET and I hope they deserve this appreciation.

Great service, and most importantly a very good support. We have Den as our account manager and he is awesome.

Cancelled the account multiple times and they continue to charge our card anyway. Literally had to cancel the credit card it was on to stop them. Do not use these guys in any way. They are crooks trying to milk as many people as they can.

They won't let you cancel; excuse after excuse and just delaying tactics.
It's easier to cancel your bank card or change to one you don't use!

It's impossible to delete your credit card information off their website. They illegally charged me for time I'm not using. I had to fight them with my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Company did not make aware that Outlook 365 did not work with their services. They let me set up account with Office 365 and told me the test emails went through on Outlook correctly. Then when I finally realized it was not working at all correctly later on and reached out to support, they took days to respond and I had to call them to get actual support.

Finally after finding out that I couldn't utilize their service they were going to make me wait 6 more weeks to cancel, citing a 30 day cancellation policy, and refused to refund me.

Poor service, I do not recommend them.

Been using over 10 different companies for servers on a massive level and this company absolutely has ZERO customer care and all they care about is their next month billing

Did not use their sending platform after several campiagns and they never bothered to even ask me why that is . they seem to have too many afternoon siesta's in Spain perhaps

Not recommened at all as they promise the world and have the worst service for hard working money

They ask you to answer multiple questions (multiple times) before cancelling the service, something you've to do 30 days in advance (you read well, 30 days), which is illegal in EU.
Shady practices get reviews like this.

I have never done business with this company and yet they sent me a warning that my payment failed for renewing our web address. We're registered with a different company and our service is set to auto-renew.

Very shady way to run a business

Impossible to cancel inside the website and they don't reply to emails.

Only way to cancel is to call them!

This is a dishonest way to do business.
I suggest anyone stung complains to their affiliates like WP SMTP to stop other people being ripped off.

The cancellation process is a nightmare, totally manual with poor communication. After I finalized cancellation of their service, my credit card was still billed.

I have got an email that stated the following: Hello ,

During our screening process, we determined that your account meets sufficient criteria for denial.

As a result your order has been rejected.

Please note, that our system has canceled your payment order, and you will not be charged.

The screening process is put in place to cut down on abuse and to discourage spammers and scammers from using SMTP

I have even called this company to see what this was. They did not have any information for me, such as what product nor services was i tring to set up. I own a few companies and never had any issues. this company does seem more like a scam than anything..

My account was never approved right away so I never ended up using it and then they charge me! They won't give me a refund. So slimy and scummy. Do not use them.

Would not delete or cancel account after several emails. Do not use this company Please don't use them, will keep charging money, even after asked them to delete account several times.

They force you to register a trial or paid account and enter credit card details (it's impossible to try service without it). But if you want to cancel the trial and just delete an account - it's impossible. You have to write an email and explain why you want to remove an account etc.
I gave up after 5 emails, they just don't want to delete it.

Don't have business with them, they are scammers.
