Smylelabs Reviews

My Smyle product is awesome! It's small, lightweight and looks good. I like the colorful display, and the handy charge from phone option!

This product works amazing for all carts! And I love it

Amazing quality and attention to detail! I ordered the Moon Wand yart from Smyle Labs after a while of waiting for it to come back in stock, and I couldn’t be happier with it! The lights and fun sounds make my smoke sesh that much more magical. It’s very straightforward to use. I’ve never used a yart that had a pre-heat feature that worked so well. Zero issues with it and it’s fun to pass around to my friends. Absolutely recommend Smyle Labs!

Excellent fun batteries! LOVE!

I bought the Luna Wand and received excellent customer service. Kai was very helpful and made sure my product was working properly. The shipping was fast and the cost of the batteries are always in a good price range. I love that they cycle through different batteries so I can have a variety. The Luna Wand works wonderfully! 10/10 experience

I absolutely love this company. They have really cool batteries. They work really well, and they're customer service is extraordinary.🔥🔥🔥💯🤗

Great product nice design great customer service and excellent product

They have always made sure my order has shipped fast from their warehouse to my door. I have never had to wait long for my order to arrive.

My Inhaler came and didn't seem to work. The box also had small charcoal bits that were present under the clear plastic cover. I contacted Smyle by message and email. The responded literally within minutes via both mediums. Smyle's representative, Ellie, came up with some options to resolve the situation. She was excellent and as it turns out, the Inhaler did work, it just needed to be cycled through it's power settings. I am very impressed with both Smyle's Inhaler AND the product support! 100% recommend this company!

I bought the red pen and it’s awesome … three temps which are perfect, an extender for short carts, nice box, and a card from the owner I believe with a cell phone number I can text with any questions. They have been awesome so far and when I had questions they get back to me quick. I had to edit my review because today was the first time I had to charge it and it would NOT take a charge.

Update:,I knew they would help me out . I could tell by the way EVERY different employee I dealt with gave me the same respect I gave them. I got an email not even 24hrs after dealing with them thru the text line and the help on their page, they sent me an email saying “thank you for your patience , your replacement has been sent….tracking info below”

Now that’s customer service. They explained what they were doing as they were doing it and it ended greatly. These guys know how to treat people. I’m convinced the one star reviews are a competitor because they say things that are the exact opposite of how they are.

Thanks guys… ill be ordering again soon

I love my battery I got from Smyle Labs, I take it with me everywhere and it’s always a conversation piece!

Great Product, easy to use and fast shipping. Very responsive team members that reviewed my order and ensured I received it before my cruise..... Discreet and easy to conceal...

The first time I attempted to place an order, there was some issue with my payment and my order was cancelled. When I called to inquiry about the cancellation, I was helped right away, given information, and I promptly ordered again because, when I had an issue, it was resolved and I felt taken care of.

Smyle labs is an amazing company with high quality products. I love my penjamins. I’ve ordered about 6 products from here. Customer service is responsive, trustworthy and super helpful.

I was so happy to find an email from the creative project director telling me that a certain product has arrived back on sale. I've bought multiple items from Smyle Labs that have really come in handy for concerts and nights out on the town and others that I get to treasure at home.

The product is of great quality. Works great. Highly recommend for whimsical folk.

I've purchased several items from Smylelabs and I have not been disappointed on any purchase!

Love this thing. Super simple and serves two purposes… like I can write and discreetly smoke… lol
