Smylelabs Reviews

Love this thing. Super simple and serves two purposes… like I can write and discreetly smoke… lol

They are a very down to earth group to work with. And the product speaks for itself. Perfect for what its designed for.

My pen is utterly bossawesome so convenient and discreet yet hazzacool

Great products. Priced ideally also. I enjoy the variety and convenience of them. Would definitely consider them the go to.

This inhaler looks more authentic than a real inhaler. It is fantastic! You inhale, then you exhale into the filter, nobody would know you are smoking! The filter takes in all the smoke.

The mini plug bat by smyle is cheaper n better than yocan. Not much else to say🫡

So far so good. I purchased the inhaler about 2 months ago. I’m pleased with my purchased and haven’t got a cart that this thing won’t accept. From the cart being to wide to tall or the incorrect mouth piece.

The smylelabs products brought me in completely on looks. I guess for me it is the deception of the products look. I ordered two of the Penjamin one for myself and one for my best friend. We both absolutely love them and we're amazed at the quality for the price. I can honestly say that I have used the pin on this daily. It's so convenient and discreet that I can take it in public with my purse. I will 100% be adding more Smylelabs products to my collection soon. I'm having a hard time deciding between the inhaler and the car key. I might just have to have them all.

Awesome product! Very discrete. Writes well and pulls even better. Would recommend.

These guys are the #1 company when it comes to vape pens, I’ve literally bought 80% of their items within the past 3 years, and in terms of customer service, shipping times, and value they set the bar for excellence. Each and every battery I’ve purchased still works just as well as day one. I had an issue one time where the battery was faulty, I reached out to them through their website and not only did they refund me, they sent me another one free of charge plus they added extras that I would have paid like $50 for. They make some of the most amazing stuff too. I recently got a robot that talks and drives around with a remote controller and it’s also a vape pen it’s a great ice breaker when having company over. I really hope they continue creating and releasing new and interesting 510 thread devices anyone who buys from them knows they’re cheaper and better than their competitors. A+++ Sellers and I highly recommend

I purchased a permanent marker from a local head shop and the tip was missing. Lance sent me a new one without hesitation!

Smyle Labs is my go to place for fun and out of the ordinary 510 batteries for myself and as gifts for friends. I got the Penjamin pen cart, the penjamin key fab, and the limited edition Tung Tunng Tung Sahur battery (just for the memes). The pen and the car fab batteries are great for discreet usage of organic aromatherapy on the go, and Triple T is just fun to have on my desk. Both of my orders shipped free and arrived days earlier than projected.

I had only ONE hiccup in my entire experience and that was that Triple T did not come with instructions and so I was having a hard time figuring out how to charge him. Thankfully, Smyle labs chat support was able to instruct me on the usage and charging.

I realize Triple T is harder to package like the penjamin collection but may I suggest a small instruction sheet go in the box with him explaining that it is an auto draw (no button) and that you have to twist a cart into the port and pull it up to get the battery out of the figure to charge. This will prevent my issues from happening to others in the future.

Anyways, chat support was extremely quick to help me out with the info so it wasn't a huge deal.

I wholly reccommend Smyle Labs to anyone who needs a fun new battery or a gift for a cool stoner friend.

10/10 will buy from again

I truly recommend this company n there customer service was excellent 👌! I will be ordering more n recommend to others

Amazing products, never had an issue with any battery purchased from my smoke shop. When I needed help finding a replacement part they were an amazing help!

I got mine when I was in the US and the pen cart battery is fire! I hope they change the charging port to USB-C

Tried to order something from here, got told 5 times my card info was wrong then I go check my bank to see I have been charged all 5 times. I emailed them and told them the situation, they then sent an email back saying they couldn’t find my order or account. Scam company

Awesome products

I bought the inhaler and wand battery from them. They came super quick. A couple months later, I picked up their purse battery for my sister. She loves it. Appreciate the customer support they responded instantly to all my questions. This company rocks and my friends think they’re products are great.

Paid for a battery on their website and got no receipt or email confirmation despite them taking the money from my account. After contacting customer support and asking why that is, their response was to ask me to pay again to see if it works. Total scam lol
