Absolutely disgusting service, avoid avoid avoid the guy turned up 1.5 hours late was completely uninterested, very very rude to my wife, didn't have the tools to complete the job. In the end we asked him to leave it was a Saturday we wasted half a day of the weekend and he just didn't want to be there awful company the people in the office on the wassap where the same, don't waste your time or money!!

My partner and I purchased the ‘Complete Package’ which included a pre-completion inspection and a post-completion inspection. We’ve now had both done so I can give our overall feedback.

Our encounters with the snaggers were brilliant. Elijah was very knowledgeable and thorough and took time to explain things and answer all of my questions. He was also incredibly personable too which helps when having a stranger come into your home!

The reports we received were detailed and allowed us to get the snags resolved with our developer. The use of their thermal gun also allowed us to see potential issues with our underfloor heating ahead of needing to use it in the Winter.

I would highly recommend getting a snag survey done from SnagMyNewHome as it provided us with peace of mind and from our experience they only hire quality snaggers. Can’t recommend them enough!

Very quick to answer, a lot of last minute availability. They found the property easily and came back with a really thorough report the next day! The report was very detailed, better than I was expecting.

Waseem and Lina were extremely helpful and professional. Waseem showed up on time, patiently waited for the site manager to arrive (who was late), then proceeded to inspect the home thoroughly. He was receptive to my inputs to capture specific things, and found a lot of important things that I missed myself, including small chip in a window glass, a large gash in the bin store door, and poor finishing on the under/hidden side of some kitchen structures. All of these items were important finds early on because I may not have found them myself, and if I did, it may have been more difficult and/or time consuming to get them fixed. In this case, I shared the report with developers and they committed to fixing. The professional report really helped, with clear numbers, images and descriptions for every issue! Booking was really easy and ability to communicate simply via WhatsApp made things super simple. The surveyor arrived on time and did a very thorough job - 90 snags found and a really good quality report with photos sent to me by 10pm the next day which I could send on to my developers. Waseem showed up on time and well-prepared. He explained the process to me and what's considered industry tolerance for snags. He wore shoe covers and worked carefully around all my stuff and boxes (I had just moved in), which I appreciated. He came on Friday morning and I had the pdf report to hand to the developer by Monday morning. Lina at base was also responsive and helpful e.g. I noticed something missing on the report and she sent me an updated version within a few hours.

I was disappointed with the results of the survey - way more snags than I expected as a new build buyer (65!). But that's the industry, I guess - and I wouldn't have known about half of them without getting these guys in. Waseem knew all the areas where developers cut corners that aren't obvious to non-experts. My developer is working on fixing them now.
