They advertise a 30-day money back guarantee, but once you open the package (even if you don't use it), you can't send it back. So you really can't try it to see if it works. I didn't even open mine (because I discovered this before it was delivered), and they still DENIED my refund. Also, after fighting with them all day, they finally agreed to a refund . . . BUT, I had to ship it to SWEDEN, even though it was mailed to me from the U.S. They said that once they receive it they will "inspect" it and decide if they will issue a refund. They said that most people just decide to not return it, because it's so expensive to mail it to Sweden. Even after mailing it, I expect that they'll find some reason to reject it, again. In my opinion, their business plan is to promise a 30-day guarantee and then make it so difficult and expensive that nobody will return it.

The product works just fine, the only problem was that my tongue was sore in the beginning, but soon I got used to it. My husband is so happy that he can also sleep, since I don’t snore anymore .

Absolutely love this product. I’ve been using a Cpap for two years now and found that I’ve been susceptible to bronchial infections. One turning into a serious pneumonia. I’m using the snore appliance more often and hoping to use full time and get off the mask completely.
It takes a little time to get accustomed to it but I’m now totally comfortable. It’s especially brilliant for traveling and plane napping. 👍🏽

First thing I’ve tried that actually worked and I am able to sleep in the same bedroom with my husband. Took a few days to get used to but now I don’t even notice it. And if for some reason I am sleeping alone I still wear it because it helps me feel more rested in the morning.

The product is reasonably priced, arrived in a timely manner and does what it claims stops snoring and allowed me to eliminate my CPAP machine that I have been on for over 15 years.

I have used a cpap (so uncomfortable and high maintenance) and then a snore guard mouth appliance that worked okay but my jaw hurt and my bite got messed up. This tongue thingy as I call it works so well. It feels a little weird at first but once you figure out the amount of suction it works so well. My partner was amazed how it keeps me from snoring and gasping for air. So glad I found these, give it a try!

Although I was initially skeptical I was happily surprised that it worked right away (although I only knew because my wife didn’t rouse me for snoring) so my wife likes it and we can sleep together again and that is nice. I’ve been learning how to use this device properly and what to do with it when I have to get up during the night but it’s working well for us.(the date isn’t exact but around that time) I’ve since mentioned this product to a medical professional that was doing the phone prep for my upcoming nasal surgery, when the question was do you snore…she was interested in what I told her(might have a new customer).

This has been working great.. Takes a minute to get the right fit so it is not so tight it hurts or so lose it falls off... I don't sleep without mine anymore.

I know it isn’t specifically for sleep apnea but I have sleep apnea and I believe the episodes were happening when I was in REM sleep theraby disrupting that stage of sleep. When I started using your product to keep my tongue from falling back into my throat I noticed right away an increase in dreaming which had become nonexistent with just the cpap machine. I’m so grateful I have your product and I believe that it could help a lot of people with sleep apnea even though I know you can’t market it as such

It took some getting used to, but I got used to it after several uses. I still have to use my CPAP machine because I have severe apnea, but there are days when I can use this device without problems. It also helps when I just want to take a nap and can't use my apnea mask.

My husband is the one using it. He says, “After a time of adjustment, I have not had the need to use my Cpap machine, which is wonderful. I wake up rested.”

I’m thrilled with the fact that the Snoresolver works! It’s easy to use. I find that it sometimes falls out of my mouth, and at other times the suction on my tongue is too much until I adjust it. But it works when nothing else has- and I’ve been snoring for decades. I also have noticed that I sleep much better; my sleep app shows I’m much less restless and get more quality sleep. I’ve been using it for four months now. Very thankful!

This works without moving my teeth like the mouth guard style ones. My husband doesn't have to move to the back room to sleep anymore. I've been using them since August 2025 and it works very well.
