snusio.com Reviews

I think most of the good reviews are written by snusio employees,I ordered pouches from them twice now and the forst time I ordered over $200 worth of pouches I got 8 cans I emailed them they send me the rest and now the second time I also got an incomplete order I emailed them 3 times now and they are just ignoring me ,,I’ll never order from them again

UPS had some sort of issue with my package. I informed the company via instagram DM and it was taken care of and on the way to me again in under hours! 10/10 customer service every single time!

Very fast shipping and they were super helpful in clearing up an issue I had with customs. Definitely would buy from here again!

2nd order to Canada. Didn’t have to pay and duties or customs. My go to place to order for now on

Great products and prices. They also email delivery updates which is helpful 😊 highly recommend

Great communication, tracking and the 3mg Cool Mint Zyn showed up as expected. I will order again.

Everything arrived on time.I was very pleased.

Snusio is awesome site for nic pouches, especially if you are Canadian. It's hard finding legit places that ship to Canada.

Shipping is pretty fast due to having taxes and duties paid through the site (price added to each can). Because of this packages don't sit at customs long and never get hit with any strange fees.

Selection is awesome and they are always adding brands.

I orderd European zyns, got them within 5 days. Smooth and simple. Thank you guys!

Ordered to canada and got my order 7 days later. No issues

Best place to buy European ZYN, shipping took around 5 days to New York. They even send some extras in my package.

Will be ordering again.

2 times my shipment did not reach me. I was told I would not get a refund. 2 orders over $150 each

Ordered the 2025 Advant calendar. It came super fast. Within a week. It was fun and all my friends were asking what the flavor of the day was. Definitely buying from them again for single cans and rolls for some the the cans that were from the calendar

Ordered 11 cans to Southern California. Was nervous that customs would hold up the order into the country and the state. The delivery staus updates were helpful in reassuring me that they were moving through the process. Eventually they were processed and made it here safely.
Had them delivered to my workplace to make sure someone was available to sign for the package.
Honestly, there seems to be a monopoly here of one brand and boring flavors.
Selection, price, and quality are fantastic and will be placing another order in the near future.

The competitive pricing in the market and the quality of the Cuba and Zyn Products freshness. I wrote a less than happy review last time as customs held up my order for over 2 months. I finally received my package and am happy with it!

Aside from the bs happening in the US and UPS trying to take half your life savings for every shipment, this is the only safe pouch site for ordering to Canada. Thank you for providing a safer alternative to nicotine that my government and country don’t want to support. But they don’t mind you smoking cigarettes of course lol.

Anyways, I will continue to order from you unless something changes. Thank you

never received my order, and i paid MORE THAN 100€ AND AFTER 1 MONTH of complaints they asked me to remove my bad advice and they accpeted to refund me, but they charge me 40€ and refund me only 60€ !!
for nothing received
they are a bunch of scammers!

I’ll definitely be using your website again, had an incredible experience
