Communications with Sarah through Chat went so well. I was not transferred to many different people. The whole process of getting a credit from Flex Steel from getting everything set up to order a new chair after I receive swatches of fabrics was very easy.

Great experience and product
Received the custom made recliner in a reasonable amount of time. Great price for the product. Had an issue with the plug being damaged on arrival, but it was quickly rectified and everything is in perfect working order!
Bought a recliner
Bought a recliner. Bought the warranty. Enjoyed the chair for a few years. The power foot rest stopped working. After reviewing the issue and an attempt to fix the chair, my chair was replaced with a new chair. The customer service and communications were great and very helpful.
I got the warranty on the new chair because I know any issue will be resolved to my satisfaction. thx to Elaine for the help!!!

Worst peace of "furniture" I've ever bought. Customer service is non existent. This is a fraud company deal in shitty furniture made to break.
This is New to me.
I stepped into the unknown when I contacted sofasandsectionnals.com. I was looking for a loveseat to go with my new couch, of course I wanted it made by the same manufacturer. I still don't know if it was. I liked the web page and checked it out on BBB, it was a good report so I ordered it. The time wait was longer than I liked but it did eventually show up. I was very happy with how it looked and felt. After several weeks I found some protrusions on the left arm, close to the top, inside. It did not show but I felt it and was concerned it would eventually poke through the fabric. I contacted sofasandsectionals.com explained problem. They wanted pictures, which wouldn't show the problem. Alas, my daughter came over and looked at it and felt it and used a hammer and popped, what we thought were staples back in place. Very happy with Co. and responses. I like my new loveseat.

Purchased a Best Chair Triple Motor…
Purchased a Best Chair Triple Motor Power Lift recliner, along with a 5-year extended warranty. Chair stopped working within the first 6 months (since it took a while for the chair to actually arrive, we made it by a couple of months before the 1-year warranty expiration (took another couple of months before the chair was fixed -- by this point the original warranty expired). Chair broke down again within another 6 months (clearly this Best Chair is a piece of junk), and now we're told by the extended warranty scumbags (Uniter -- don't purchase an extended warranty from these people -- they are thieves) that we can take a cash settlement of just over $300 for a $2000 dollar chair, or we can (at our own expense) have the chair shipped to them for repairs! Are you f@#king kidding me?! $2000 dollars wasted.

Great c/s, Sarah helped me with my chair. Had several conversations with her and she provided me with good information and shipped parts. No repair people in my area which is a problem but will figure things out. It seems I am having bad luck with the chair, not sure who or why is the total cause but hope this will be a good fix.
Update, received part, and my son installed everything is working like new. I liked the chair very much I think my luck has changed we fixed the problem. Thank you very much, Sarah was fantastic, and Sofa and Chair responded very well
CANCELLATION FEE
I ordered a recliner but had to cancel it 21/2 weeks later. They charged me $250 to cancel my Flexsteel Catalina as they said you can only cancel within 24 hours as it is custom made but…it was the same Flexsteel chair I saw in a furniture store. I was not made aware of this policy at the time of the sale and was not told ahead of time!

Team at Sofas and Sectionals Work Hard to Get it Right
I was excited to see that Sofas and Sectionals had the leather recliner to match my Flexsteel sofa. Unfortunately, the manufacturer sent the wrong color. I contacted support, and Elaine was quick to assist. She had me work with Ben, who reached out to Flexsteel and was told the recliner is no longer available in the color I needed. Although offered a full refund, I really needed a recliner, so Ben helped me select a different model and sent me several leather swatches in colors I thought might work well in my room. I contacted Ben, provided the color of my choosing, and the chair was ordered. As this was a custom order, it did take some time to receive the recliner, but it was worth the wait. It's extremely comfortable, beautiful, and looks great in my room. Many thanks to Elaine for always keeping me up to date and Ben for his knowledgeable assistance.

From ordering, they gave us an honest timeframe from manufacture to delivery.
Delivery, they use profesional delivery drivers that unboxed, unwrapped, placed the furniture where we wanted it and carted the boxing away. A inexpensive option that I highly recommend.
One couch developed a very small seam problem within the first week and support took care of that issue by sending a professional mender.
All in all, it's been a seamless , wonderful experience.
We are very impressed with their service!!
Long wait but worth it
While our household isn't used to waiting so long for a product, it was worth it. Our only issue was that a piece of the sectional was wrongly made by the manufacturer, so we had to wait again for that piece. However, Sarah from Sofas and Sectionals was amazing. The customer support from Sarah was excellent, and while it took some months to work everything out, everything is now fine and I'd have no issues recommending them in the future! Thanks!

At first hesitant, but no more. : )
I admit, I was quite hesitant when I first considered buying a piece of furniture from a strictly online business, but they had good reviews, very reasonable pricing and I was already familiar with the good quality of the brand of furniture I wished to buy. From there, Sofa and Sectionals proved themselves to be a very good company to do business with. All of the employees I worked with--Elaine Appel, Sarah Nevarez and Ben Sauther--were very courteous, knowledgable and responsive to all questions I had along the way.
From the beginning things went exactly as they had explained it would and they kept me informed at each point in the process--from when the manufacturer shipped, to when they would received it, to when it would be delivered. Their delivery service was also courteous and on-time.
When I found the manual chair I ordered was not ideal for me, Sofas and Sectionals first had a repair person sent to be certain the chair was working properly, and then worked out a fair arrangement to have the chair picked up, then an electric lift chair ordered to replace it. Again, I was kept well informed throughout the order and delivery process and am now very happy with my Flexsteel recliner lift chair.
In closing, I wouldn't hesitate to order from Sofas and Sectionals again. They all did a terrific job and I'm very pleased. JamieK
I was skeptical
I found the sofa I was interested in locally, but the salesperson repeatedly failed to call or email me the specifications. I searched online and found the exact same sofa for thousands less (despite being a custom, leather order). I read reviews of Sofas & Sectionals and took a chance. From my first phone call to the delivery, all communication & service was professional and clear. I was offered some delivery/warranty options but no pressure to "up-sell." Sofa was delivered/installed without incident. I have no experience with warranty claims (I've had none) but the shopping/price/customer service experience has been outstanding.

Sarah, she is what made the experience good. Our furniture came damaged and dirty which was not the fault of their company. When notified about the damage, Sarah immediately was on top of it and made sure the issues were remedied in a very timely manner. She was pleasant on the phone and always responded to my emails quickly and professionally.

From my first phone call with questions about furniture pieces I was interested in to the next when I placed an order to the last about delivery, Elaine and the team at sofasandsectionals were professional, prompt, friendly and super helpful. My order was with 2 different companies and Elaine helped my order come together seamlessly and delivered together without any problems. All 5 pieces arrived in excellent condition!

Very excited to order our new sofa from sofasandsectionals.com. It was enjoyable fun to feel like we had a hand in building our very own couch. I recommend ordering fabric swatches to try in-home. It was nice to receive a check-in after order to confirm the specifics of the sofa we ordered. Unfortunately, there was a significant delay in shipping and our order was not delivered to us within the specified time frame. I alerted Sofas and Sectionals and was quickly contacted by customer service and met with a real person. Elaine helped me through the entirety of the frustrating shipping debacle. She kept me updated on where and why my order was delayed. Once my order did arrive Elaine helped make in right. Our new couch is just as we envisioned. The size and style is great. The sofa seems a little on the firm side but I do anticipate with time it will "break in" and be wonderful.
