We came to Bolton store today with the intention to look round couple of stores before making our choice. But was attended to by one of the most outstanding sales representatives called Chris. He gave us warm reception and was very patient and attentive to all our request and eventually helped us to make our decisions. We were so happy & grateful for Chris help today.

Gary was absolutely fantastic to speak to in the store today. We are moving house soon and was coming in to have a look around at potential sofas. Gary explained that they offer home buyers package. This instantly changed our minds and we wanted to secure our sofa today.

Amazing experience today. Tax went above and beyond with his customer service today. He helped my elderly mother select a comfortable couch. During the ordering process, he broke each step down. He went to the effort of providing hard copies of the information too.

I have been in need of a sofa for a while now, searching endless shops where I have not felt satisfied with the help provided for my specific needs (young kids, pets in the house and all round look). However, I have recently visited SofaSuperstore Bolton, to where I was greeted by a very professional and helpful lady called Michelle. I don’t think I have ever felt so happy with the help and information provided when browsing before. Michelle was a credit to your store and I will definitely be coming back to buy the sofa we had discussed upon, it was an all round great experience and I would definitely recommend SofaSuperstore, everybody who experiences the service I did would be extremely satisfied!

Best Experience Ever
We have been in several stores looking for a new sofa. Our final store was to Sofa Superstore on the Middlebrook Park in Bolton. We were free to browse without pushy sales staff. Then Michelle came to us to enquire if we needed help on what we were looking for. We pointed out a couple of sofas we liked. I have to say Michelle has so much knowledge of this industry. She was so friendly, honest and open with us regarding all aspects of our interested sofas from make up, available options, delivery times and after sales. Michelle was a pleasure to deal with and an asset to the Bolton store. We have planned to go back to seal a deal with Michelle, a lovely lady.

Lauren in the Bolton store helped us today and gave excellent advice to make an informed decision. Measuring now done so will be back in to see Lauren to place our order over the next couple of days. Thank you Lauren.

Was Sofa shopping for ideas as due to move within the next few months, popped into the Bolton store and was greeted by Michelle.she gave excellent knowledge of products and availability. No push for a sale just excellent service unlike other stores on the park. When I am ready I will be back to see Michelle 👍
