Great service and assistance from Joanne and Gary nothing was too much trouble sorted us a great snuggle chair and cushions thanks again.

We visited Warrington Sofa Superstore this morning for two single beds .Immediately we were greeted by a member of staff called Joanne, she was very helpful and showed us which beds were in our price range and good value for money .

Garry F was brilliant very knowledgeable with all products was able to tailor and give recommendations based on our needs highly recommend!

Absolutely shocking. Exactly as the negative reviews highlight. I left a great review following excellent customer service at the Bolton Middlebrook store but I’m still without my sofa and no one is getting back to me at all.
Ordered 20/02/26 and told up to 12 weeks.
Enquired on 13/05/26 and was told there had been a delay but it was going to be shipped within the week and would take 45 days by sea then 5 days to get to the local warehouse for delivery.
Since then, nothing. No response to any follow up emails. I should have originally had my sofa by the end of May at the latest. No further details given despite numerous requests for an update.
I’m understanding of how this all works but I do think the lack of communication and honesty is appalling. If I’d been told 8 months upon ordering I would’ve still gone ahead with the purchase and planned accordingly. I’m now left chasing up a missing order to no avail.
100% sham company and disgusting poor after sales service.

We visited the Warrington store and placed our order on 20/03/2026 for a 2 and 3 seater sofa and were given an estimated delivery time of 12-14 weeks which we thought was excessive at the time but agreed to the purchase regardless. Having not heard anything from them, we rang the Warrington store on 22/06/2026 to ask when we might expect delivery and were told the middle of July. Again, not having heard anything by 22/07/26, I have just rang Warrington store and have now been given an expected delivery of the end of August!! That will have been over 5 months. Had we known that we would have had to wait this long at the time of ordering, we definitely would not have gone ahead with the order.

Not so much the store but the company. Bought a 3 seater recliner and 2 seater sofa costing over 3 thousand pounds. After the arm collapsed on the recliner after 13 months we was told that the warranty only lasts 12 months.

Came here for a wonder, greeted by Garry and his service was exceptional! We came back to look again and was greeted by Garry F whos is also expectianal at what he does! In the end we came out with a sofa, love seat and bed and mattress at an amazing price. I would highly reccomend this place, service is top quality and their pricing is just as good with their top quality products. Thank you so much Garry and Garry F

Garry F was a great help today and we ended up looking and trying multiple sofas. He talked us through all the different types. He answered all the questions we had and was even able to ask his manager to secure us a discount. We purchased both sofas on a buy now pay later scheme with a deposit. We don't need them for many months and they were able to work within our time frames. So far so good and it was a super pleasant experience

Would like to say 0 not 1 star as this company are so bad at customer service i a suprised trading standards have not shut them down as thry break trade laws without a second thought. I ordered a sofa and chair early jan told 10- 12 weeks no show by April was told May. Waited still no show then told early July and guess what again no show contacted trading standards who confirmed breach of contract due to unreasonable wait for delivery this company have been informed of this and they think they can ignore the law as have not hardly bothered to keep in touch as despite several e-mails still no refund i have paid in full (silly me) thinking this was a good company it is not! Now i have been told August but i do not want it now (that's if it arrives) How long can they ignore consumer rights law. Please dont buy any sofa's from this company.

Still having a nightmare with this company.
Received order in May and it had so many faults and errors, they tried to repair once and instead created more faults.
No one comes back to you.
This company is really poor and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

We ordered our sofa at the beginning of February with a delivery lead time of 10-12 weeks. Today is the 15th July and still no sign of it! Phone calls don’t get answered and emails - many of them - are not replied to. I asked for the order to be cancelled and the deposit refunded and was told this wasn’t possible. I was also advised that the furniture was arriving into their warehouse week commencing 6 July and they would be in touch to organise delivery. Guess what - still no sign of the delivery and zero communication. I sent another email yesterday requesting an update and received an auto response saying Customer Services would respond between 7-14 days. What a joke.

DON’T GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY - YOU DON’T NEED THE STRESS!!

Gary F was excellent, good knowledge and answered any questions we had clear and in a way we understood easily. Highly recommended if your looking for new furniture
