Ordered a corner sofa from the Bolton Middlrbrook store in March, we ordered a different colour so they said it would be 12-14 which wasn’t a problem. We took it out on a 2 year finance but they said no payment will come out until you receive the sofa and also put a £100 deposit down .

We are now in September and still no sign of our suite 😡 we have rang them up since July and they just say it will be the end of the month, I have now rang at the end of August just to be told the same.

To make things worse 3 monthly payments have been taken out of our account when we were told this would not happen untill we have the delivery .

We must have rang the store up over 15 times in the last month and are very polite and understanding on the phone but always say someone will ring us back in the hour but never do .

It’s now causing us upset as we are going down the procedure of cancellation the order as we are have been advised they are in breech of contract .

They told us to email sofa superstore enquiries to cancel the order and they will reply within 4 days and that was over a week ago now 😔

We have had nothing from this store no updates no tracking nothing it has been horrific service to the point why I have to go down this route and warn others .

Ordered in March and now 8th September and nothing not a clue what we are actually paying monthly payments for .

I feel like they think by just keep fobbing us off we will stop ringing and just pay over £2000 for something we haven’t received.

Disgraceful.

Lot's of choice in the store. Gary K could not have been more helpful. He introduced himself, informed us that the made to measure sofas came in any size and colour, also in any material which was great. We eventually agreed what we wanted colour wise and material and just kept flitting between 2 sofas. Again Gary was brilliant. He checked we were ok and basically left us alone to chose, which we did.
Great service, super professional staff and would definitely recommend.
We've come away with a sofa that is bespoke to us, just have to wait for it to be delivered now! Can't wait

Waited from 1/6/26 until 31/8/26 for sofa to be delivered. Been in store on three occasions been lied to by staff on three occasions. Asked for the order to be cancelled as they obviously can not fulfill the order to be told I had to contact head office . The contact information given was un contactable voicemail box full. Eventually got in contact to be lied to for a further week still not got confirmation of cancellation. Please do not buy from this store

Terrible customer service. Told after 3 months the sofa was designed to crease. Have started legal action to reclaim money. £2k +. Avoid at all costs.

Visited middlebrook store today and was greeted by an amazingly friendly salesman immy temp who helped me as soon as I walked through the door. Helped me with my measurements explained the sofa could be made to measure … very knowledgeable, not at all pushy like some other showrooms.
Made me feel at ease he is a real credit to the company and deserves to be recognised as such
He placed my order quickly and efficiently it was a pleasure to meet such a polite friendly young gentleman.

Came into the bolton store today looking for a recliner was seen by Imy temp a really postive experinece and good knowledge of recliner will visit again and ask friends to see him directly. Thankyou again imy temp for your time today

Recently went to the Middlebrook store to purchase a couch, really happy with the experience, was instantly greeted by a member of staff called Immy. I believe there are two with the same name, both were extremely helpful however the one we dealt with was called Immy temp by his colleagues he really spent the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for, all the other staff were incredible too, would highly recommend sofa superstore over the other furniture stores on the retail park. Over the moon with our new purchase.

Imran was amazing. So helpful and very friendly. Even showing us our colour design through AI so we could visualise the sofa.

Imran at the Bolton Middlebrook store was so helpful and patiently sat with us for well over an hour as we decided what we wanted. He fully explained all the options and helped us to visualise what the sofa would look like in the room with different colours and fabrics. He made sure we got the best quality for the best price. 10/10 can recommend, thank you!
