SCAMMERS - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!
My daughter used her Xmas money to purchase boots. Quality was awful and didn’t fit. SM tried to obstruct the return and out of principle I insisted after threatening a chargeback which they threatened right back stating they have all the emails. I arranged and paid for return, the parcel company were unable to deliver as SM refused to pay custom fees. Went back and forth tracking number provided twice, they processed a refund minus 20% restocking fee despite confirming they would honour this and give a full refund. THEY ARE NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY. Items are definitely made as copies of what they advertise. Returns process is not clear on website and they do not want to provide refunds and make it extremely difficult.

I ordered a pair of blue shoes on the 12 February 2026 they eventually arrived on 6 March 2026 and they were black. Very disappointing.

Very cheap quality, item not as shown on the website. Asked for refund which was essentially refused for discounted items. I accepted store credit, the second item awful. It was meant to be a smart suit but in reality it was so thin not even good for pyjamas

This company engages in illegal practises. They have missold their product to me with false advertising - do not believe the pictures on the site.
They say as a disclaimer when you try to get a refund that the company is closing down - it is not - as it is practising operations fully online and on their website with no mention of such. The clothing is terribly made, awful quality and completely over-priced for what it is.

The jacket look beautiful, stylish and classy on the website advertised, When the jacket, arrived its a total rubbish, poor quality, cheap looking. I wish I read reviews on this company, do not order anything at all .

They ve charged me 70 pounds for leather looking jacket that saud suze M but was totally am S. Tried to send it back , very expensive. Then they said as to make things right they will send a new one one size bigger for am extra 10 pounds from my part. As every idiot buyer, I am no exception and a trust it them. It s been almoust 2 months

Do not be fooled by the website! I had a stressful experience. Product was super cheap and did not look like the photos at all, very difficult to do a return and very difficult to get a refund. I got there eventually but I would never buy from here again

DONT ORDER Shoes totally different from the picture when they arrived. Absolute joke od refund policy - 1. Send them back to china but find the postage yourself plus have 20% deducted from the refund (i didn’t even but them from china!!) or 2. Keep them and have 60% refunded!! I don’t want them. They are different to what I ordered why should I be penalised for their mistake?!!!

I purchased an item online which took a long time to arrive. It was shipped direct from China. The quality and colour of the item was not as expected and I requested a refund. After a lot of backwards and forwards with emails it transpires that I would have to pay to return the item to China, they would then deduct a warehouse handling fee and the cost of the original delivery! I eventually settled for a 45% refund just to recoup some of my money (which I did receive) but am genuinely not happy with the outcome.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE COMPANY. Their return process is not straightforward and not made clear on their website. I have spoken to Citizens Advice about this issue and they will make Trading Standards aware.

Cheap clothes. Don't accept returns.

Don’t buy. The quality of what they send you is terrible. It shouldn’t be allowed. It’s shipping from China and that’s where you will have to return to. The London address on their company information is a residential estate. Their communication was excellent though and I got a full refund after days of back and forth. If you have already bought your only options are pushing for full refund (don’t accept anything less) or claim back through your bank. These companies need higher standards to be selling in UK. Someone should be monitoring this.

It is a terrible company who ultimately are giving the impression of a normal online company but they absolutely are not.I bought a coat online which was not very cheap. Arrived looking terrible quality.When I wanted to return, I have realised that I have to email them first which I did explaining the quality was not as it looked on the photos although nothing wrong with the coat, I rather to return.They kept emailing with various excuses not to refund.When I finally got a clear respons to my return request, they were not only asking me to pay for the return shipping which a lot of companies don't ask, they asked me to return to China!I then replied askign if they are really asking me to pay shipping back to China eventhough they sold me saying they are based in the UK, they blank refused to change this and help. The best I could get them to agree was a 20% refund without returning te item. I am left with an item sitting in the cupboard and cannot get the rest of my money.Absolute scam!

Absolutely disgusting quality and order medium dress it wouldn’t even fit around my 10 year old petite granddaughter and hard work to get a refund which I still haven’t had

Terrible Terrible!!!!!!! Don't buy from them.
I ordered a coat it arrived absolutely not as shown in the picture. Cheap poor quality, completely crumpled up. The lining was torn. I ordered size XL the coat was more a small size.
They refused to provide me with a return label they wanted me to pay to return it and stipulated I had to send it back overseas tracked. That would have cost more than the coat.
They kept offering me a discount off the coat and to keep the rubbish coat. Went from 10% discount and every time I said no I want my money back they went as far as offering 60% discount I said no and threatened them with consumer rights and that I will claim back off my credit card. It was an exhausting battle over a period of 2 weeks before they finally refunded me. I threw the coat in the bin. Also the UK number they advertise does not connect.
I will never look at their website again let alone buy anything from them. Complete rubbish.

Product sent is completely wrong size, then they sent the right size product and the buttons just fall off all the time the product is poorly made and very poor quality for the price, DO NOT BUY FROM here

Avoid at all cost do your research on these companies before buying don’t be fooled by their web site if you want to return anything they will talk you into anything but letting you return it oh and the fee will be over £40 depending on the product then it’s got to get to china blah blah .
JUST DO NOT BUY ANYTHING-FROM HERE SAME WITH ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES READ THEIR RETURNS POLICY BEFORE AND YOU WILL SEE .THEY HAVE A WAREHOUSE IN LEICESTERSHIRE BUT YOU CANT RETURN THINGS THERE .

This deserves 0 stars. I ordered two items which on their website looked like good quality items and based on the price I expected them to be. I never expected to receive what actually arrived. They looked nothing like the photos on the website, they were thin cheap material and size L according to their website was supposed to be a size 16, it was tiny. I was offered a 'goodwill gesture" of a 20% refund! I feel I have been robbed of my hard earned money and completely scammed. Please please do not use this company.

EVERYTHING Length of delivery time had to write a few emails , just to say on its way.
You think it’s from the UK looks like it’s from TEMU not a quality sight.wrapped in a grey plastic bag and put through letter box, this was a dress I might add so that says a lot!!!!
Quality of garment Very poor as was the size.
WOULD NOT recommend this sight to anyone far better quality from Shien and Temu at a fraction of the cost.
Let’s see what the refund process is like.

Company horrendous, like the other reviews the items are cheap and nasty and then when you ask for a return they offer you a replacement for £4.95 and you keep the original, when I asked to just return and get a refund they said they were ceasing trading and could not give me a refund and offered me a 10% goodwill gesture. If you did insist on making a return you have to pay the original shipping costs plus a handling fee. Do not use this company!
