If i could give 0 i would. I should have read the reviews, looks like a great website but shoes took time to arrive (from China), they do not look like the image and when I requested a refund they offered me 5% of the purchase price back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I'd give ZERO stars if i could. They will not give me a refund as are saying they are ceasing trading therefore are not required to refund on my items as were in the sale. There is NOTHING on the webisite saying they are ceasing trading therefore DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from the.

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Their "30-day return policy" is a trap. Once you receive the items—which look nothing like the photos and feel incredibly cheap—you realise you have to pay for your own return shipping (to an address they don’t provide but presumably Hong Kong…). To make it worse, they try to deduct "restocking fees" or only offer partial refunds/store credit. It’s a classic "dropshipping" setup where the return costs more than the item is worth. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

If I could give no stars i would. Do NOT buy anything from this website. The quality is awful and you cannot return items like the websites state. So I am left with a bad quality item and out of pocket.

This company are absolute scammers.
They advertise products on their website and make them look high-end, expensive and as if they are drastically reduced in r price. The quality on the other hand, is similar to Temu and Shein - at least with those companies you know what you are getting.

They make it so ridiculously difficult to return products and at great expense, so offer you money off shopping with them again or for you to keep your item and receive a small discount.

If I wore the dress and was near a naked flame, I’d go up in a puff of smoke.

Do not buy from here, lesson learned the hard way for me.

Order never arrived.....issue with evri and the access to my property which is total bs. I was tracking the parcel and it landed and flew back. Requested a refund and was offered discount, a credit or let them try again with delivery, this was going on via email (around 8 or 9) with me stating I just want a refund. I managed to get a refund through my bank...thankfully. So the moral of my story is avoid this company at all cost!

If I could rate this company 0 star’s I would. They will not let me return a product I can’t use and give me my money back.
The quality of the product very bad and look cheap.
The customer service emails sounds like a AI computer.

shittiest website/business i’ve ever used they’re disgusting , scamming people and getting peoples hard earned money whilst they do nothing all day maybe if they got an actual job they wouldn’t feel the need to give misleading information i asked before ordering if they do full refunds incase id need to return the dress , the told me an i have a screenshot of it they’d give me a full refund to my original payment method and then when i go the dress back an it didn’t fit so i needed to return it they refused and said to return i would have to pay up to £40 bearing in kind the dress itself cost £50 ,its a scam website i hope karma gets to them and what they deserve will hopefully come for them ! 💗

What a terrible experience... the coat i bought is such a poor quality... I think temu or sheen are better.
I'm trying to refund - not possible. Emails back and forward. I'm seek and tired with this. And this is not a cheep coat. Pure plastic. Disgusting. Avoid that company

This company is an utter scam! They are from China! Took two and an half weeks to arrive.Ordered a medium size ladies single breasted coat which was so small and made of awful material. Would only have fitted a child! No point in sending back as their returns policy makes it not worth it. You have to pay the postage and 20% of the cost of the item.
Steer clear!!!

They are a scam. Absolutely rubbish materials and they ship from China and lie they have UK presence. They are terrible with returns and will make you pay for shipping to China. They will try to force you to buy something else or give you partial refund. I got my money back after making complaints to bank as well. Avoid by all costs

Don’t buy from Sofia Maris, the quality is absolutely shocking, my item was faulty when it was delivered, ordered for an event so couldn’t wear… asked for a refund which they’ve refused but they kindly offered me £6 refund and for me to keep the dress! Utter scammers

This is a scam website. I ordered a jacket for £55 and it took so long to arrive and when it did it was the wrong size and the label was from a random brand not even Sofia Maris.

I bought a jacket in medium didn't fit my size 8 daughter! They then said they wouod send a bigger size just for the postage cost. Item received. But be aware that they continue to take payments from your account!!! Google the address where they are supposed to be ! Why take weeks to deliver?? Utter crap!

This company is a scam outfit. Spent £60 on a coat but never received it. Sent two emails weeks ago to cancel and they ignored it. The Chinese have set up this website as Sofia maris. It is false representation.

Spent £50 on a dress. Would have been better quality from SHEIN. Took forever to arrive and when it eventually did it had it looked like it had been worn with visible marks on it and the fabric was cheap and shapeless. Very disappointed. Do not purchase anything from ‘Sofia Maris’ total scam site.

Horrendous company. My daughter asked me to order a jacket she’d seen online, using her Christmas money. It eventually arrived baring hardly any resemblance to the photo. Thin, poor quality fabric, horrendous. I followed their return advice by emailing to request a return which was ignored. Send another a week later, again ignored. Have given up and will throw away, not good enough to even donate it to charity. Do not buy from this company.

This site is a total scam. I ordered two ‘vintage style’ pleated skirts. When they eventually arrived they were the wrong size and made from extremely poor quality material. On top of that there were no fabric labels either on the clothes themselves or on the packaging which means that they were not legally allowed to be sold in the UK.
Attempts to obtain a refund were met with a torrent of stonewalling emails and I have resigned myself to the fact that I have lost my money.
I would advise anyone to avoid this company completely, they do not comply with UK consumer law both with regard to the goods that they sell or in the way they deal with refunds and returns.

It's a shame trust pilot doesn't allow you to leave 0 stars or better still negative stars... this company should not be allowed to trade in the uk... firstly their website gives the impressions they are shipping items from the UK... THEY ARE NOT, their items are shipped from China! The sizing is wrong so the item I received was too small, when I tried to return for a refund they coerced me in to getting a replacement and I had to pay for the return, the replacement item does not fit either and now they are refusing a refund, I will have to contact credit card to get a chargeback. Do not deal with this company, I will be contacting trading standards to see if they can investigate this company as they shouldn't be allowed to trade in the uk.

My niece saw a beautiful coat online it was £50 but it was her Christmas gift so I bought her it. For starters it took ages to arrive, so long I thought it would never arrive. I didn’t know it was coming from China. Then when it finally did arrive it was such poor quality, material wise and the first day she wore it a button fell off. I am so annoyed I didn’t research this company before I ordered but sometimes life is too hectic. Shame on these scammers as I’m out of pocket! Avoid avoid avoid!
