If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a scam company who send you a product of awful quality that looks nothing like the image on the website. It is obviously based outside the UK. The delivery took ages. Then they refuse to refund despite quoting your consumer rights, and just keep offering you credit or an alternative product. They won’t even provide a return address. Please avoid at all cost.

How I wished I checked their reviews before I placed my order…. Pls excuse me for copy paste the previous review but this is the exact same experience for me - Order took ages to arrive. When it finally did it was way too small, more for a child than adult. Quality not great & far too complicated to return with all the extra fees. Do not order anything from this site!- just awful

Absolutely disgraceful company who sell terrible quality items and then won't process a refund without taking fees off.

Distance selling act means nothing to these charlatans.

Terrible quality item - requested refund then was told we'd be hit with a 20 percent restocking fee, return charges and delivery charges.

There are so many decent companies out there so just avoid this one at all costs.

Bought a suit for £90. It was awful quality and cheap. Contacted them to refund, they refused and only offered 30% refund AS A VOUCHER. Not even the original amount. Scam company. Do not buy anything from them

I would give minus definitely. This company is terrible. The y didn’t give me the option of returning my item which didn’t fit me ( some parts loose some parts tight) instead they refund 30% of it. Don’t buy from them or unknown companies.

First of all, it is not mentioned anywhere that the product comes from China. The price is high for the performance and the material is absolute garbage. The size does not fit. The delivery is long, mine started on 18/01/25 and I received the shipment on 06/01/2026 😵‍💫 . If you want to return the product, you have to wait maybe a month and pay the return shipping costs. I definitely do not recommend it. Check the reviews before shopping online, not like me. Thanks

I bought a hoodie for my daughter for £34.90 in size small. When it arrived it was very small fitting and the fabric was very cheap synthetic, so I sent an email to request a return as per their policy. I was asked to send photos of the item before they would consider a refund. I was offered an exchange, or a credit note which I did not want. After several emails back and forth they offered a 50% refund without returning the item, or a full refund but I would have to pay for delivery back to China, as apparently the UK warehouse is temporarily not in use. In the end I accepted the partial refund but will never use this site again. If I could give zero stars I would. Hopefully the partial refund will come through but I am not holding my breath.

This company is not what it makes itself out to be. I sent eight emails before my delivery finally came. The product was a very poor quality and damaged the UK address is a semi detached house in East London. They say they have a problem with their warehouse in England so you have to send the product back to China at your expense. The final scam is they offer you 40% of refund and you can keep the rubbish. My advice is to stay well away. My product cost £59 and I received a 40% refund to my credit card. I guess looking at the product it was probably worth £10 so you can see that game.

Do not order from this company. They masquerade as a UK company but the items are sent from China and very poor quality. They offer a 30 day return process, but make the customer responsible for allahipoing costs and customs . Not acceptable. It's a scam. Do not use this company
