We placed an order for a wardrobe that arrived by delivery. I advised the driver that the box was damaged and they said it wasn’t a problem any issue would be sorted out. As we started assembling it there were pieces damaged. It took me over 3 weeks to get the damaged part only after countless messages and emails we were left with no option but to get advise from a solicitor as we were accused of damaging the part ourselves. We had to eventually pay another £20 for them to deliver the damaged part that initially arrived in a damaged box.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
I purchased a 2 seater sofa only last Week, delivered Tuesday 14/9/21, but immediately I noticed it looked way too small, considering the width advertised was 170 cm!! I appreciate they say measurements are approximate, BUT their sofa was 16 cm in total SHORT OF THEIR ADVERTISED WIDTH!!
I contacted them the very next day to complain, did what was asked of me i.e. sent pics on WhatsApp of me physically measuring the sofa (with the help of a neighbour!), and have found that they don’t want to do anything to help!!
Like others have said on here, they start to ignore your calls, and WhatsApp messages!
MADI was the initial person I spoke to but KENNETH actually took my order over the telephone that same day!
I would add here that I asked Kenneth what happens if I find it unsatisfactory, to which he CONFIRMED I had my 14 day statutory rights to cancel, change my mind, and would get a refund, no prob!! (His words!!)
I also emailed soft touch beds following delivery TWICE, and no response to date!
I also noticed on the “delivery sheet” left with me, it looks like I made an enquiry to “tender sleep orders.com” re the sofa I purchased?? It was my name typed at the top, indicating I was sending the email to them, with the subject line saying “London - Website Order Form” , which I find somewhat strange, to say the least!! So, i emailed that site too, and again, NO reply to date!!
I have contacted Trading Standards and, following their advice, I have sent yet another email today to softtouchbeds.co.uk outlining the grounds for which I’m entitled to change my mind and request a full refund!!
In the meantime, MADI has confirmed on whatsap that I will not be getting a refund!!
I whatsap messaged Kenneth to ask him to explain, given that he confirmed my statutory rights before I placed my order and, what a surprise, NO REPLY!
SO I’M LEFT WITH A SOFA THATS NOT SATISFACTORY!
BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU PURCHASE, THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS ZERO!!

If i could pass on a piece of advice in my life, it would be to avoid this furniture company, their services are abysmal and their delivery drivers are a joke.

Firstly, they insist on me paying by cash on delivery, and confirm it will come on the Friday. On this basis i booked the day off work so i would be home to collect it. They did not deliver it. I rang the office who said it would be delivered on the Saturday instead, they did not deliver it. I rang the office who apologised and said it would be delivered on the Monday at the latest, they did not deliver it.

They say they can deliver it on the next Friday afternoon (a full week late), so i booked the afternoon off work. The delivery driver text me he was outside, i messaged coming instantly. I go outside and he is driving off, a single minute after he text me he arrived, as i wave down the van. My texts and phone calls to the drives were ignored, as were the ones to the head office. Poor services and a poor company.

Wow what can i say, this company is just amazing! We ordered a beautiful faux leather bed in a small double and got an amazing price. Ordering was easy online and i was contacted by a lovely gentleman called Kenneth who answered all my questions and helped us get the delivery date we needed.
I cant thankyou enough for my daughter's bed, she absolutely loves it and the service we revieved was second to none. You helped make our house move a very easy process. Big Thanks again Liz from Doncaster

I ordered a 4ft small double bed and was amazed with how well the customer service was I spoke to someone called Kenneth and he was extremely helpful and even asked if I liked the bed after it was delivered, not many companies do that, brilliant service will definitely be telling my friends and family to order, also my bed came in under 48 hours of me actually being placing the order, very happy customer.

Ridiculous customer service. I ordered a Divan bed from them. When I placed the order, it said payment by cash or card on delivery. On the deivery day I got a call saying that payment was by cash only, which is mind blowing, given the fact that most businesses are trying to reduce the use of cash, due to Covid-19. I however insisted that I was not paying cash, so they eventually agreed to take a card payment.
When the bed turned up, it was really flimsy. The drawer runners were made from cheap plastic, and you could literarily see through the fabric, that’s how thin the material was! And the bottom had a hole, which looks like something might have fallen on it in the van.
I immediately contacted the company (this was within an hour and a half of delivery).
They asked for my whatsapp number, which I sent them along with pictures. I was told they would be in touch within 24 and 48 hours, but 3 days later, I still hadn't heard from them, so I contacted them again, only to be told to send my whatsapp number and pictures again.
I told the person at the other end that I had sent all the pictures 3 days prior, and he or she just stopped responding!

Amazingly good value for money suite, easy assembly and I would happily recommend Kenneth to family and friends great place to get sofa's from

Absolutely brilliant service. Ordered 3 & 2 seater sofas on the Sunday and they were delivered on the Thursday. For the price I wasn't expecting such high quality. I did have an issue which Kenneth handled brilliantly, & it was resolved after a couple of phone calls.
I will most definitely use Soft Touch Beds again.

Very Unreasonable Company

I wanted a corner sofa from this company, but it would not fit thru my doors, the same problem with the 3 seaters. So I setted for a 2 seater, which when it arrived, in very dirty packing, I unpacked it, and got rid of the packing immediately as I could not keep it in my flat. The sofa is very uncomfortable and quite small even for a 2 seater. I complained to the company, after 4 days, because it took that long to get hold of anyone, as Nile had time off, and I was told that they could not have the sofa back because the packing had been removed, really, they expected me to keep the dirty packing on it, which is totally unreasonable. According to Consumer rights 2015, I am fully entitled to a refund or an exchange, I found out that the 3 seaters come flat packed, which would easliy fit thru my doors, the company failed to tell me this beforehand. BEWARE, buying from this company before doing your home work, and if you can inspect the goods before delivery, which this company does not allow.

I ordered the bed I wanted including a mattress via whatsapp from the website, kenneth was super helpful and the bed was delivered same day! Super easy to order and for a great price.

Apparently they cannot deliver in Taunton,Somerset. That is laughable

I bought 2 sliding door wardrobe and 1 of the door mirror was crack, I send messages and photos to 2 people in the complaints department and I had not heard anything back from them. I then called and the gentleman that I bought the wardrobes from have helped me sort it out. Thank you so very much Nile for all your support, you gave really good customer service. I bought another 2 sliding door wardrobe and Nile helped me until it was assembled, another good service from Nile.
I will use this service again and will recommend to others.

I ordered Double Leather Ottoman Storage Bed & Super Ortho Mattress and delivery was arranged for the next day. Bed & Mattress are perfect.

Delivery was great, drivers were so helpful too.

I'll buy from them again.

They are advertising and selling things they do not have .

Well still waiting for some wardrobes that I ordered but still nothing has arrived. My husband took a day of work today which is when delivery was arranged but still waiting. Tried emailing and phoning last resort is whatsapp. Guessing they are not coming!! They rang earlier in the week asking if they could deliver earlier this week but we were both at work so unless you are happy at guessing when something will arrive don’t order anything

I would like to mention that I have received outstanding customer service from Nile yesterday.
I couldn't belive my self that i would actually get the waredrope that I wanted with in few hour of a phone call.
He was excellent the service was so great that I'm out of words.
I had the berlin slidingdoor waredrope valued £410 at my door with out paying a penny for it, I was given option by Nile that it will be at my door than I can see it before I pay for it. It is certainly the best service ever I got. He arrange the waredrope fitter straight away for me too, i was literally on the phone at 12pm and did not pay just agreed what I want the product and it was all delivered and fixed by 5pm.
This company expecially Nile and the assembly men deserves 5 star, defiantly. I would strongly recommend this company to people. It was certainly the best service ever.
